Kelly cleansed the skin on my face, neck, and shoulders with high-quality ocean-based products, then did a gentle exfoliant and enzyme peel while warm steam wafted over me. Truthfully it is hard to remember all of the steps of the facial because I was lulled into a blissful state of consciousness! What I do remember: warm moist towels on my face, shoulders, and feet, soft spa music, exfoliating my feet and lower legs, extracting gunk out of my skin, seaweed-based masks on my face and feet, anti-aging serums, gentle yet thorough massage of my face, neck, shoulders, hands, feet, AND lower legs! There was no criticism of my sloppy skin care habits, no endless chatter, and definitely no product hard sell going on as in other places I have visited. Kelly just radiates acceptance, kindness, and restorative energy. I left with glowing velvety skin and a sense of having been cared-for in a very real way. WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER…read more I booked a keratin treatment and haircut after seeing the professionalism displayed on this salon's website. My hairstylist was Lyla Duarte. I came in on May 1st with long, beautiful hair and clearly showed the length I wanted. The photos show my hair before the appointment, the length I requested, and what I was left with. The keratin looked great on the first day, but started fading within the first month. The haircut, however, was devastating. My hair was cut completely differently from what I asked for. I was heartbroken. I cried for days and felt like I didn't even look like myself anymore. It has taken me months to even have the strength to write this review. What made the situation even worse was the terrible customer service and complete lack of empathy afterward. I trusted this salon with my hair, and I deeply regret it. To future clients: please be very careful and make absolutely sure you are comfortable and confident before trusting this salon with your hair. My experience was devastating, and I would absolutely not recommend this salon.

(Beauty Pros in located next to Staples in the Staples/TJ Maxx plaza at the airport rotary) First, things started off with Sunita removing my makeup with a gentle cleanser that has no harmful chemicals. (Think Ava Anderson) She then cleansed my skin with a handheld gizmo (bt-micro by Bio Therapeutics) that uses only water and high speed oscillation to get amazing ultrasonic cleansing results. [Avoiding harmful chemicals has become high on my list of priority since in the past years I have been dealing with allergies] Secondly was Dermaplaning. What is Dermaplaning you ask? It is a noninvasive skin rejuvenation treatment that gives your skin an amazing polished look. (I know I keep using this word- but believe me- it's amazing!) Essentially it removes the top layer of your facial skin which will get rid of dead skin cells, facial hair, as well as many surface imperfections. And it leaves your face as smooth as...well, as a baby's bottom. [Having such smooth and hairless skin is so nice when you wear foundation and other cosmetics, I just love it!] Thirdly the light therapy treatment: Sunita uses Low Level Laser therapy (LLLT) with a nifty modality that uses both near infrared blue & red light therapy for healing the skin on the cellular level. Please note- another noninvasive treatment. [Sidebar: I have been having LLLT treatments on my foot and have had profound results.
