Salon Bellezza is a hidden gem on the Northside of Syracuse just by Lyncourt off of Court st! Salon Bellezza is decorated for each holiday is clean and always well taken care of. You can see the sense of pride each staff member takes in their place of work and their careers. Each and every professional who work at this establishment strive for nothing but the best and are happy to help you or help you and work very well together as a team, you can sense they are very dedicated to one another and that they are all happy to be around one another. When you walk in the door of Salon Bellezza you're greeted and treated just like Family. The owner of the Salon is a hardworking, caring, kind and wonderful person and that resonates and sends a ripple effect out not only to her team but her clients as well. Each year she spends all of September preparing and then all of October working hard by putting in pink hair extensions or selling hand made pink beanie pumpkins or raffling off many beautiful items to which all proceeds go to raising money and awareness for making strides against breast cancer in honor of her mother. An event which her whole team and all of her clients are extremely supportive of. All in all I believe every business should operate this way! I got a massage at Salon Bellezza about a year ago with a massage therapist Heather. Hands down the worst masseuse who reeked of alcohol. She took 2 bathroom breaks mid session, extremely unprofessional. I didn't feel the need to say anything until I ran into a friend who recently was complaining about the same issue, come to find out she went to Heather at Salon Bellezza. It should never be acceptable to be drinking on the job. It's hard to believe none of the other staff knew, her eyes were barely open. It has great potential, but the quality of the experience is ruined by an alcoholic staff member. I would never recommend it to anyone read more

My experience at this salon was great! The setting was very welcoming and relaxing. All of the staff were very polite and I was immediately greeted with a smile when I came through the door. The massage therapist, Heather is very hard working, dedicated, and very good at what she does. Her massage room was very cozy and clean. Had a Massage from Heather for the first time the day before my wedding and have gone back to her ever since. She is professional, will listen to your concerns and requests for attention to specific areas, and will adjust the pressure if it's too hard or too soft.
