Environment: Polished and clean, there's a separate room for facials and waxing for privacy. The restroom is also quite clean. Quality of purchases and services rendered: 1. So far my facials have been very good to my skin, slowly buffing away the large pores. 2. This is my first threading experience and Fahima did an excellent and beautiful job tidying the shape. 3. Was hesitant about cutting my strands, but she informed me that with long layers, it'll be a minor trim and give my hair shape which it did wonderfully. 4. Treatment replenished my dried strands. 5. I was initially attracted to this place because of the groupon and rightly so. Fahimeh is an incredibly kind woman who is honest and will work with you to make sure you are satisfied. I initially came in hopes of some color being added but she was upfront with me that it wouldn't be a good idea because of the box hair dye I used a year ago. Instead, I did some deep conditioning and got a cut. When I returned to work people were complimenting how healthy my hair looked and aside from washing in that morning, I hadn't done a thing so I'm confident it was because of the cut and deep conditioning I got. One thing I do want to acknowledge, however, is the common remark in other reviews about professionalism. I have also dealt with some less than superb communication but people just also understand that fahimeh is a one woman show so there will be mix ups and mishaps... regardless, I enjoy her services so far so I can't and won't complain. read more

I found a deal on groupon but I didn't buy it. I called the salon and I wanted to see it and talk to the stylist before buying the groupon. Once I was there, she did an amazing job on my daughter's hair. We are very happy with the results. Also, she only charge me the price of the groupon and offered to charge me the same discounted price for the next time I need a haircut or for my other daughter. From the first phone call, to walking out the door, the experience was sloppy and unprofessional. Aside from eating with her gloves on, combing her hair with the comb used on me, and having the door locked with a sign that said "sorry we missed you" when I got there, she was a friendly gal. First off, I made a Yelp account just so I can review this salon and the horrible experience I had. SO, I called and spoke to a woman, made an appointment which she confirmed. Then I texted the number to confirm my appointment once again, which again WAS CONFIRMED. I arrived to the salon about 15min before my scheduled appointment, there was a sign at the door that stated "sorry you just missed us" thought that was odd so I texted the woman, not once, not twice but several times. I left 2 voicemails and waited around to see if they would open or if I would get a call back. 20min pass and still nothing. I left and decided I would show up the next day. Sunday comes and I still hadn't received a response from anyone, I show up to the salon and the sign is still on the door. I'm confused as to why they were closed both Saturday and Sunday when their website states they are open both days. It's now Tuesday and I still have not heard back from anyone. At this point I don't even care that I'm losing my money from the Groupon I bought. This business is not professional at all and if you do plan on going make sure to call a day ahead so you don't waste your time standing outside their door like I did! read more

She took really good care of me. I went back the next week to get threading and my ears pierced. She did try to do a little up sale.
