She sat down with me before we she started and got a good idea of what I wanted to do with my hair, the texture and how much time I spend on my hair everyday. I have curly hair and have been following the Curly Girl Method. Amy was very familiar with the method and actually cut my hair dry which is the norm for cutting curly hair. She did a great job cutting my long hair into a lob and the balayage color. She styled my hair and I left a very happy camper. The salon charges based on a level system and Amy is a level 3 stylist. The lobby is so good. They always have free coffee, mints, and suckers. This time they had cute M&M dispensers! There is a wait, but who can blame a cosmetologist! My favorite thing about getting pedicures from there is the super relaxing foot baths. I will say, I really am not a big fan of their massage chairs! The point of massage chairs is to relax, but it feels like you just can't! There is just not a comfortable setting! And when you turn it off, there is still a random knot somewhere in the chair.
