Not everyone can afford $600-$700 salon visits or avoid box dye completely, so I wish that had been said with a little more sensitivity. The balayage itself turned out nice, though the appointment took about six hours, which felt long in the past others have take. 4 hours max with my hair the same length. My bangs didn't get as layered as expected. She's direct and professional, and the salon is clean and easy to schedule with. Overall, talented stylist, just expect higher pricing, a long session, and a straightforward personality.
