The owners have zero sense of professionalism. Frankly, it's a miracle they're still in business. We booked multiple hair appointments months in advance for a wedding, with several confirmations leading up to the big day. And yet, on the morning of the appointments, the salon was closed. No warning, no notice. When we called, we discovered the reason: the manager simply forgot our appointments and never showed up--appointments they knew were for a wedding! I have never witnessed such a blatant display of incompetence from any so-called professional. Do yourself a favor: NEVER come here. Avoid at all costs. Due to a miracle we were able to book appointments somewhere else last minute. You live and you learn.
