I came here on a recommendation but left disappointed. I described exactly what I wanted, and you could clearly see the coloring I presently had....highlights included. But, when I left, the highlights had disappeared into the extremely dark coloring he used, that in no way matched, or came close to the color I had when I arrived. The worst part is the stylist didn't have the courage to apologize and admit their screw up. Nothing to fix it. He almost made me feel I was wrong for pointing out his gaffe. As if... (eye roll). He even passed me off to his assistant, whom he instructed to try and tone it down, then went about his way with another client. Dismissing me as if he could care less. Extremely unprofessional!!!! I don't want to discredit the entire salon, since this was the work of only one person, but I noticed the average age of the clientele seems to be 60 years old and over. Maybe they're not accustomed to more trendy looks since their clientele is much older than I am. I'll never return to find out though. It's going to cost me more money to fix than it does just to color. An expensive mistake I'm not even responsible for. They are the slowest stylists I've ever met. No color should take over 90 minutes without even a blow dry or cut. The salons I'm accustomed to are trendy and more professional. Buyer beware!! read more
