I uploaded pictures of my 3rd wash and on my second I noticed significant color change. I'm so effin pissed. $410 later and I'm pissed. Don't bother going to salon 360. Save your self the trip and the money

First off, I have virgin black Asian hair. I have bet had it touched in three years. I wanted a drastic change that would not require a lot of maintenance. I went with a greige shadow balayage. I didn't want the roots to be too light as my hair grow so fast. Nguyen agreed to Accommodate my busy work schedule. I was there for a long time! We cut off about 8+ inches as I had super long hair. The result is stunning! Her cuts are amazing!!! The color is better than I showed her! Overall, I will recommend her to everyone! She asked me to come back in 6 months.

So I went back in May because I wanted a new look . Originally I wanted a gray silver look ! I saw her pictures and loved how the results from other people on here . She did stated that my hair is damaged so she just recommended blonde highlights and then later this year I can go lighter all throughout my hair . I originally liked how it came out however throughout the months I started to get brown spots . She was also working on other people meanwhile my hair was getting processed. She received me kindly however she promised $385 and I ended up paying $440ish including the tip . She was upping the price from what was originally agreed on . My hair was under the heat lamp for over an hour . I even knew that even though it was 20 volume, it shouldn't be there for that long (I've bleached my hair before) I just don't want this happening to anyone else . Please go somewhere professional and that is not negligent with your hair . I am so upset at this , I didn't realize how bad it was . I tried to tone down the brown spots but it is still there . She stated that I needed to maintain my new blonde (I bought purple shampoo and toners) so now my hair is a mixer of blonde, gray, and brown . Please look at the reviews before getting any treatment from anyone . If I can save someone .. ANYONE , take this as a sign to please do your research.

Ok so this is a follow-up from my previous review. Unfortunately within a few days of my initial review I began to notice some issues with the coloring of my hair. Mind you i have been getting my hair bleached and highlighted since high school, so I know how to properly care for bleached hair and how to preserve the toner added afterwards. I also want to note that a large Photo Ring Light was placed behind my head before this photo was taken, the color is not with natural lighting. I also believe she used a filter before sending me the photo she took from her phone. Because the color was nothing like that in natural light. This is important because it dramatically enhanced the lightness and color tone you see. I first noticed large strips of hair that were missing any highlights just above my ear when parting my hair to blow dry it for the first time. They were underneath the upper most layers that frame my face making them hard to notice unless you looked. It was not happy, but didnt have time to pay too much attention as I was getting ready for work. A few days later I decided to wear my hair in a high ponytail and parted my hair in half in a complete circle around my head, and woah huge chunks of ORANGE FIRE ROOTS. She lifted my roots . Now lifting my roots may not have been that bad the highlights went to my roots, and a proper root shadow or even the correct toner is used. That was not the case. I orange roots with areas of uneven, inconsistent and under developed chunky highlights everywhere except the top layer around the crown of my head. Not to mention the huge chunky highlights around my face that turned yellow after the first time I washed it. ( I wash my hair in cold water, 1-2 times a week) but I wait a full week before washing after my hair is bleached. I went to Salon 360 because my original hairdresser raised her prices and I was trying to save money. I ended paying over $300 for this mess and then had to go crawling back to my hairdresser and paying another $500 for her fix it. Im not saying this place is bad, im just saying if you are wanting professional results, cheaper is never better. Please see updated photos taken one month after I went to Salon 360 that my regular hair dresser took while correcting the mess they made of my hair.

I went for the first time this morning and they did not disappoint. I asked for a butterfly haircut along with a short trim, she instantly knew what to do and was confident with my hair. I spent $67 which included the styling, haircut, and hair wash and I'd say it's a pretty nice price for what you're paying for. I will say though that she insisted with the hair wash even though I didn't originally plan on doing so, but honestly it's helped with the volume and the shine so I think the recommendation was worth paying for as well! Also she was very kind and the small talks were very wholesome, made me comfortable with my first experience being at a salon alone. I forgot to ask for my hairdressers name but her hair is short and slightly blond. To whoever you are, thank you so much! First picture: with style Second: without the style

Easily my new go-to hair salon now! I know so many of my friends and family that highly recommend Nguyen! She's their go-to hair stylist and I can see why now. A friend of mine and I have been planning on getting balayage done. We contacted Nguyen and was quick to respond. She was able to accommodate us given our late work schedule. She took care of us and we're very pleased with the results! It was actually my friend's second time with her. Thank you for providing water and snacks too! It's been a while since I got my hair colored again (5yrs) so I had some questions on how to take care of balayage hair. Nguyen recommended some products that would be best and explained easy hair routine. Overall, I'm so happy with how my hair turned out! I've gotten so many compliments already. My hair doesn't lighten well... i know this, but I keep trying. Unfortunately, the last person I went to did not do the best job and my hair became the ugliest brassiest color. So difficult to manage. Well I called while driving around looking for a place and they were able to take me in same day! With just 15 minutes notice! Any ways, its a very clean space and everyone there was friendly. My hair looked so awful, but they were nice about it. I told her to do whatever she needed to... just make it look nice. Well she certainly delivered! Not sure what she did, but it came out a really nice mushroom brown color and was very soft. Definitely planning on returning soon!

It is true I came back because I was happy with my first results. I am aware of hair damage & breakage from bleaching but I repeatedly told you & the other stylist my scalp was burning & you ignored me. It's pretty sad that you would justify your negligence & carelessness with lies. I took pictures of my scalp that night after I saw my doctor in urgent care who clearly stated it was a chemical burn from your salon. You even called me that night after I texted you pictures & apologized so you were aware of what you did. My skin was clear of any blister, blemishes before coming to you. So, It's been a year already since I got my hair done and I decided to go to another stylist because I noticed my hair was falling out and it was really hard to brush my hair over the course of the year. This effected my hair tremendously after month after month but I thought it was normal because I dyed it. Here is the issue, this was my first time dying it and I didn't know what was happening to my hair. I told my mom my head was starting to hurt so much because of the amount of hair pulling I was doing, combing & just trust me when I mean a lot of hair came out I mean I have BALD SPOTS NOW. The new stylist who did my hair noticed my hair was thinning out and tiny bits of hair were going bald. She gasps and said, "When was the last time you dyed your hair" and I said, "7 months ago at Salon 360. The owner did my hair" and said, "How long were you sitting on that dryer" and I responded, "Well I remember watching a show while sitting down. 55 minutes." I DIDN'T KNOW I WAS SUPPOSE TO SIT DOWN LESS THAN THAT. The owner left me there and as you can see my hair looks amazing there she actually burned my hair off. She sat me under that hot dryer for almost an hour. I don't want a refund, I'm just telling you ladies what I went through. This is my hair now & you can see how thin and flat my hair looks. Though the owner did wonders on the color, she damaged my hair completely to where I'm afraid to go dye my hair again. My hair hasn't been the same since and she really build an insecurity of mine to where I don't like my hair anymore.

I wish I had a great experience like the other reviewers but I'm SO sad to say that wasn't the case. I grew my hair out pretty long down to my lower back and besides 4-5 inches of the tip, my hair was pretty much virgin. I showed Lisa a photo of some grey hair I wanted and she said she will try to get it as close as she can though it might not be as light since my hair was dark. 5-6 hours later my neck is dying with all the foil weighing my head down and I was sweating because it was so hot. I let her know I was uncomfortable and in pain but she just laughed it off "I know, you have a lot of hair". I barely go to salons so I don't know if that's normal or not but I could barely hold my head up my neck was dying! I was definitely sore the next few days. And she also didn't acknowledge me sweating and fanning myself with my hand. I was just so uncomfortable. By the end of the session she's blow drying my hair and I can see in the mirror that my hair is yellow. She tells me it isn't yellow then the other lady Nguyen comes and speaks Vietnamese. Nguyen takes a picture of my hair with her phone and then shows it to me saying "it's a very nice grey". She texts me the photo and I'm shocked because I can tell she obviously put a filter on the picture. My shirt was red and white, but now looked black and white... so my hair did look ashy with the "filter". How unprofessional is that.. WHO DOES THAT?! I paid around $450 and I still tipped her, because I'm a newbie at salons and I was in shock I didn't know wtf to do. A few days later of crying and having everyone tell me my hair looks horrible and uneven, I text Lisa a picture of my hair and tell her I'm not happy. She offers to fix it and even says "I feel sorry for you" but wouldn't allow me to come on her busy day Saturday which made me even more upset. I get it's a busy day, but now I have to take another day off for you to fix her own work. So luckily my boss felt bad for me and let me take a half day to go fix it. Lisa starts lifting my hair again but this time she only does the top half. Again I don't even know if this is normal but I just want her to make it look better than before, I would take anything over that. She tells me she isn't charging me and doesn't bother to blow dry my hair... so I leave, with wet hair.. not knowing what it truly looks like....... Lol someone tell me that's normal? So I get home and blow dry it but my hair felt like freakin straw! I asked for Olaplex originally the first time and she did give it to me but I'm almost 100% sure she didn't give me Olaplex the second time around. My hair was now a shade of beige, crunchy, and falling out for the next 3 weeks. Every time I pulled a clump of my hair out I just couldn't believe how my healthy virgin hair just got destroyed after all the time it took to grow. So sad. And then I see her on Instagram continuously posting before and after of customers with grey hair.... Hopefully those really are happy customers. Maybe she just had a bad day with me but I just wanted to share my personal experience with whoever is thinking of going grey here. read more

Last week I went in to get my hair dye, after 5hrs my hair did not come the way i wanted and she charged me $ 350, she said wait for couple of days if you dont like it come back and i will fix it for you at no charge. On Friday i called the owner to make an apointment to get my hair fix which she was not happy about. When I come in to get my hair fix i had to wait a long time. After she try to fix my hair which still come out wrong, she said she would not charge me for the fix, but told me to do a Brazilian blowout which she would charge me $200 i told her no, she would not blow dry my hair, if i want to blow dry my hair she will charge me $50, I got very upset grab my stuff and left with my hair still wet. I will never return here again, the owner will try to cheat you and when she cant she would treat you like crap . I would not recommend this place theres many other salon that would value their customer and treat them with respect. read more

Nguyen is amazing! I love her work! She listens to what you want and provides suggestions on how to modify it in a way that would work with the shape of your face and skin tone. She is also very helpful and kind to share her knowledge when asked about hair care tips, even how to do loose curls. Will definitely recommend her and Salon 360 to my friends. read more

Nguyen is AMAZING!!!!! I brought in a picture and she gave me exactly what I asked for! I have many horror stories from being burned by hot water while having my hair washed, being burned by the hair dryer because the stylist held it too close to my scalp, a stylist who was layer-happy and chopped more hair off than I wanted, etc... I finally started dying my own hair. I was not happy about it but I didn't trust anyone with my long hair! My first appointment with Nguyen was a haircut so I could see what kind of work she did before making the big leap. She had to do a color correction to fix the mess I made of my hair and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my bayalage!!!!! read more

a little back story before i tell you why salon 360 is amazing. i hadn't gotten a haircut/dye in years because i was traumatized by an experience i had at a different salon. recently i realized it was finally time for a change and to open up to a hairstylist, so the search was on for the perfect salon to trust with my hair. i came into salon360 one day, showed ngyuen pics of the color i wanted and she gave me a reasonable set price which is what hooked me in because other salons were giving me an estimate, so made an appt with them. they are super caring! lisa did my hair & is the truly amazing!! she read my mind, even though i confused her in the beginning, she knew what i really wanted. i wasn't even too sure what i wanted but i came out with perfect results i am so happy with. she patiently dealt with my hair, keep in mind its long and thick side, so it was a lot of hard work. if you're looking for a salon, you can't go wrong here. the ladies here really want what's best for you and what looks good. i was really nervous at first trusting someone with my hair again, but i left super happy with my results because it's perfect! can't thank these ladies enough & i look forward to coming back! read more

I decided to try this salon after reading the reviews on yelp and I am so glad I did. I came here for a layered cut. I was embarrassed because my hair was dry and damaged from being color-treated, so i really wanna just cut off the dmaged ends. I just didn't know how to properly take care of my hair. Nguyen and her other girls there were very nice and friendly and I felt comfortable. She took her time with me and I never felt rushed. She gave me advice on how to take care of my hair. After cut, blow dry and flat-ironed, omg, my hair felt as soft as it was from before it was damaged. I missed this feeling! Maybe it was the hair serum she put on it? Or maybe it was her magic touch ;) ? Either way, I really enjoyed my visit here and I will be coming back for a brazilian blow out or maybe try a new color in a few weeks. Great staff, clean and stylish place, reasonable prices. I probably won't go anywhere else anymore. read more

Nguyen is a LIFESAVER! I had a hair emergency by needing hair extensions, mind you it's the day before New year's Eve and she said "come in I'll squeeze you in". SHOCKED she even made time for me, I drove from mission Viejo to Carson, GLAD I did because she's amazing. She picked two packs of hair, colored it, toned it to perfection (literally the perfect color) and she took her time. No rushing. She literally SAVED my hair. She even stayed late to curl my hair!!!!! If you want a hair makeover then trust me, and go! I couldn't be any happier read more

Thank you, Nguyen, for such an amazing job on my hair! She definitely worked her magic. For almost a year I kept my hair in a bun everyday because I wasn't confident in how my hair looked. Nguyen changed that in one session! I got the balayage done and I know that it was not an easy task. I have A LOT of thick hair. My hair usually takes twice the time compared to most, if not more. Nguyen never complained about it. She was patient and took her time. I also had botched coloring in my hair so she had to correct the color and she kept working on it until the color came out perfect, even if it meant multiple washes. I am so happy I took a chance with Nguyen. Her positive reviews definitely reflect her work ethics and skills. I used to dread going to the salon to spend money on a job I never knew if I was going to like, now I can't wait to go back to see Nguyen! Thank you again, Nguyen, for saving my hair! read more

Don't waste your money! I came here the first time to get extensions and was charged 375$ I went back the next day because it was so obvious I had extensions on my hair looked bad! I wish I had pictures. She 'fixed' it. It looked nice after the second time. She charged me around 245$ I believe so in total I spend 620$ . I went back again this time to get my hair done again because my extensions had slipped out and I wanted to add blonde. She charged me 365$ this time. I used my brown extensions from the first time and I had bought a bag of blonde extensions thinking it would come out less but it wasn't? And she didnt put them all in. I'm noticing a trick here because everytime you go in there gonna charge you for service of course. I told her it looked bad and I wanted more hair in and she told me to come again if I didn't like it. I called her 30 minutes later and asked her how much it would be and she wanted to charge me 220$ for fixing it? Not only is she using old extensions that I had already bought and she's charging me for but she's trying to charge me for service AGAIN? This place is bad with customer service they expect you to pay again when they mess up. I told her she should do it right the first time instead of having me go back so she could get that extra 120$. My hair looks stringy the blonde looks so fake. I'm gonna dye my whole head to one color including the extensions because it doesn't blend in. I'm mad please don't come here! It's a a waste of money read more

She assured me that it would look great and it takes a lot to say something like that because that just meant that she knew what she was doing and it was true. Experience was great! She also fixed my chunky haircut and made it more streamlined which ultimately shaped it up to look amazing. We also did a trial run of curls to see how long it would hold if I decided to get it done a day before my nurse graduation this month. I went in to get a perm and cut…read more The vibe was very nice. Very respectful. His space was very clean and tidy with what seems, state of the art tools. I have had fine hair all my life, but even still my hair has always taken well to perms, always. Even the last one over a year ago. The only complaint I had was the use of larger rods which made my hair more wavy curl than curly. Nori had said that my hair wouldn't take well to a perm, but because I know my hair's history, I asked him do it anyway and he agreed to do it. First he used a more gentle solution because of my pervious perm over a year ago (did not ask if I wanted that), and I didn't know until he was already in the process of using it on my hair... my hair needs the stronger solution. Second he did a loose curl wrap instead of a tight curl wrap. With fine hair (or at least my hair) it needs to be curled up against the scalp. I think he did this because it was a hot treatment perm (which I never had before) vs a cold treatment perm. He didn't give an option. So the perm came out ok on the bottom because it already had the previous perm that was there from a year ago. But the top part of my hair had virtually no difference. If you have fine hair and looking to get a perm, I would not recommend Nori. I'm sure he does really well with all other hair services. To his credit, the perm itself, aside from the lack of curl, was a healthy perm (did not harm my hair) and he did give a very nice cut prior to the perm process. I think if he would have explained his treatment process and how it differed from what I had previously experienced, that may have helped my decision to go elsewhere, before wasting over $200 I had taken a year 1/2 to save. Again I think he probably does really well with the other services he provides. I just think for women (or men) with fine hair, you may want to think twice if you're looking to get a perm.

Horrible experience EVER! Nguyen is so disrespectful as well as everyone else that works there. Nguyen dyed my hair and it look uneven and damaged, she didn't bleach all my hair she only bleach the root part and washed the rest of my hair , once she dried it I was ready to cry, I told her that's not how I wanted my hair It looked yellow and uneven I wanted it platinum, and she said I'm not the professional, "That she was" She started speaking her language with the rest of the women working there and they all start laughing I felt so disrespected. She graved me by my arm and took me outside to only take a picture of my hair, and said look it looks light how you wanted, "Ofcourse if you take a picture in the sun it will look light" We went inside since she was making a scene outside, and Nguyen said something to the other women, then they all started sounding me like if I was going to leave without paying Again so uncalled for, I have never experienced this in my life! Lisa took my ID and took a pi of it with her phone, THAT'S AGAINST THE LAW. The only reason I gave it to her was because I thought she was going to confirm my debit card name with my drivers license. At this point I feel unsafe because people like that are crazy and only care about the money not about their clients. Their so many places that do a good job and for ALOT less, don't be fooled by them saying they are going to dye your hair, the only thing they are going to do is shampoo or do the minimal for alot of money that they charge. I ended up going to Sally's after that horrible experience and I did my hair myself, and believe me, it looks so good. Don't waist your money here. read more

I've been meaning to get this off my chest for quite some time but haven't been able to because I've hoped that my hair would get better after the appointment I had in November 2018. I came into the salon the lady saw my hair weeks before I made an appointment. My hair (previously dyed blonde)was about mid back length, with 3 inches of my roots (dark brown)grown out. She saw my current hair's condition , which wasn't bad and I only asked to have my roots blend into the blonde that grew out, not re-bleached, toned down, dyed (whatever terminology they used) basically, all my hair was dyed again! I didn't say much because I am not the expert in dying hair, but The process took 6 hours , and she said I needed to have all of that done. At the end,my hair felt thin, my scalp tight, and nowhere close to the color I wanted. After washing my hair, she even mentioned my hair falling out!I knew it the moment my hair was being rinsed. Even with Nguyen was supervising her, there was no return, the damage was done. On top of that, after they knew my hair fell out they tell me they'll sell olaplex for $25 and I'll get 10% off the hair appointment. looking back at it, I can't believe I even spent $1. And, it was almost $350 that i spent, i should've walked out; but I was so shocked, I paid (with tip!!)and left. With my hair breaking everyday, It's 5 months later and I'm still dealing with thin, dry, weak, uneven -hardly any hair left,damaged hair, and worse than what I walked in with. read more
