When you go to a spa, you automatically have access to all the spa's amenities. This includes tubs and saunas. There are no spa amenities here. If you are paying premium prices, you would expect a premium experience. Keep looking because you are not going to get that at Betty's Day Spa. To make matters worse, their customer service is horrendous! One would think that, if there is a medical emergency, they would allow you to at the very least reschedule your services. They do not. It had already been two weeks since my appointment. On top of that, the location is in Old Town, so depending on the day you sometimes have to pay for parking. Between gas, parking, and the long delay in communication, going back in was not reasonable.
