It's so upsetting. I just can't understand how this happened. I only wanted to clean up the dead ends. To add insult to injury, the price on Vagaro said $65 and she charged for a hundred. It's hard for me to stand up for myself and I just paid it without saying anything. This was the most expensive haircut of my life for a really bad experience. I deeply regret ever setting foot in that business. I'm so, so upset about my hair.

I went first and while my hair cut isn't hard it is a mens cut and often I find that barbers do a better job. However Summer knocked it out of the part. She was careful with details and understanding what I wanted. Overall it was one of the better cuts I have had. After mine cut she did my wife who has very very long hair but also an undercut. We came in for the undercut but she did end up getting 4" cut off to ensure that the hair remained healthy. It was a good suggestion. I am a brunette and she has made my hair beautiful and soft with this chocolate with a touch of Auburn. She is so great at her craft and is also so kind with the biggest most patient heart.
