I don't know it seems like maybe the owner needs to take a marketing management classes on how hair business runs. Unbelievable never have been somewhere so cheap at this point just run the hair salon in ur basement if you can't afford putting enough product in ur clients hair for best results. I was NOT satisfied and didn't get what I asked for I think it's because of the LACK of product applied. I mean I can tell even by reading the review that the owner is a cheapskate and has poor communication skills instead of focusing on customer satisfaction. Maybe then you'd learn that underwhelming service and poor communication don't exactly scream "luxury salon." Reading the owner's responses to reviews alone tells you all you need to know: passive-aggressive, unprofessional, and clearly allergic to accountability. For sale there is new jewelry purses and finishings but there is also a consignment store. I found some treasures in there. That is not why I drive from Overland Park to Louisburg to get my hair done. I go mostly, for Jennifer the stylist who I believe is an owner. Jennifer is over the top to make clients feel that you are her only priority. Not to mention her mad skills with hair and make-up! I also attend Frankie's ladies night out once a month. This evening is not only a fun party with lots of great vendors anything you book for the future is half off if you book on ladies night out. I know there is great salons in the KC area but Frankie's is my favorite.

I mentioned that and even text her after several people said they couldn't see that I did anything to my hair other than it looked darker! This location is by far my favorite! All of the staff members are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Carol, the owner, takes the time to know your face and name, and is one of the most outgoing and upbeat people I've ever met. Lindsey has always done a great job with my very thick, very curly hair, and pays great attention to every little detail. I've never left unsatisfied! The staff is always trained and up-to-date on all the latest trends and they use great high quality products. I've also been to Beth Hilgers when I needed to get in and Lindsey was booked up or unavailable. She is unbelievable with color! On top of all the usual hair services, they also offer tanning, nails, face/body waxing, facials, and massages, to name a few. The most convenient thing is they have online booking on their website! You can schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments completely online, without ever needing to call the salon.
