She responded by saying they tried to tell me the color wouldn't work with my nails (not true) but I INSISTED they do it anyway (what does nail color have to do with a sloppy pedicure and gel nails?) I got light pink with clear glitter. I'm not complaining about the color, that's my choice, but I paid over $60 for something my kids could have done a better job on. There were 4 techs there that day. 1 was obviously brand new, she did my friends toes, she wasn't happy with the job she did. 1 did my toes, she was very nice, just a little messy with the polish. 1 did my friends nails, they came out great and the tech was very nice and personable. 1 did my nails, pretty sure she was the owner. She was like the mamma bear of the group. Obviously in charge and you don't want to piss her off. It was just not a comfortable environment and her reply to my review ticked me off. I'll stick to my Asian ladies and gents. At least they aren't rude, and if they are they say it in another language with a smile and I can't understand them anyway.
