Went to the Cox emergency room this evening with appendicitis sit there and cried for 3 hours…read morebefore they ever even came in to see me and then the doctor walked in and wanted to know when the last time I used was I don't use anything illegal but the doctor treated me like I was there for drugs I told him to stick his drugs up his ass when the first thing you say to someone is when is the last time you used and they already drew blood so they can test it something is extremely wrong with this hospital I've only been to Cox emergency apartment twice both times was absolutely horrible I wouldn't recommend anybody take their dog there they told me my temperature when I got there was 98.9 I took my temperature 15 minutes before I left to go there it was 102.3 and after walking out I came home and took my temperature again and it's 102.5 but nowhere else to be seen so hopefully I make it through tomorrow and my appendix doesn't bust if it does I hope my kids get rich I have never ever been treated like that in my life

Couple months ago, had brood drawn and have yet to hear from the clinic! Called and left messages several times - still no return call. Wish Mercy had a hospital and doctors here. Several times I have called and waited for more than three minutes and no answer. Wish I could leave less than one star.

We love my home state of Missouri and hometown , that's why we left our other home in New England to come back here. Inevitably my health took a turn for the worst, but you always look out for me. I will never forget your kindness, and I appreciate all that you do. I hope to repay it forward and very short time to come I will think of something. For now, I just want Cox to know that these are some of the best doctors they have. Compassionate, caring, highly intelligent, professional, and they go above and beyond each time that I have been there. Thank you so much. Everyone on the nursing team is absolutely outstanding as well. I have seen many doctors that are very good, but these are the ones that stand out in my care within having so many professionals in my family that are MD's, or nurses. I pray everyone gets the care they need at Cox Branson. Nobody deserves to suffer.
