At 80, you go to the Dr. every couple of months, and I always go in with my dad, because I am usually the one describing symptoms, asking questions or keeping track of any treatment. Dr. Salmon always takes his time, listens well and his treatment has kept Dad in as good of health as we could expect for his age and conditions. He is quiet, dignified, kind. At one point a friend gave my dad a gift of consultation and treatment from a holistic healer in Ozark, because his gout was so bad and Dad's allergic to the gout medicine Salmon prescribed. After 3 weeks under this woman's care he was weak as a kitten, curled up in his chair very nearly unresponsive, and I thought he was literally dying. No exaggeration, I was scared to death. I called Salmons office, he was back to me in 20 minutes and told me to get rid of that crap she had him on and the diet too. He said" you let him eat whatever the hell he wants - watch the salt". Dad perked up that day, improved steadily. Hmm, not sure if this is so much a review for Salmon as an indictment of a certain lady holistic healer in Ozark, lol.

Not to be short of mentioning that Barbara was very pleasant and effective with all of the data collection and transaction fees, on the phone and in person. Based on what I paid most recently in Florida, I got a heck of a deal. Dr. Jarrett shared his story with me and made me feel like a valued client. Then he proceeded to evaluate my situation and offered exercises and knowledge I lacked. He's also a great listener. Then, it was on to the rack for the adjustments. I'd been spoiled for many years with my previous chiropractor in Wichita, but honestly, Dr. Jarrett was so impressive and effective at his treatment, I literally felt like I'd met a new friend, not just a doctor. In closing, there are okay, good, and fantastic service providers. Thanks, Dr. Jarrett, for being FANTASTIC today; you definitely will have my continued support for all of our family's chiropractic needs. I cannot recommend his treatment services and protocol more. Initially went to this office to consider mini implants that Dr Burpo offers. I was very impressed…read morethat Dr Burpo sat down and took the time to explain in detail the procedures with all potential complications and recommendations and alternatives He was not rushed and spoke like he had all the necessary time and that I was important and not just a source of money. It is very obvious that he was a caring, respectable dentist with integrity, values and morality. After the initial evaluation and estimate, I took some time to decide. As he was more than 1 1/2 hours away it was a factor to consider. After deciding on a course of action, per his recommendation, I decided to chose caps with partial bridge. I can only tell you ,as I am a old guy, that I was very impressed with his patience and care to not inflict and minimize any pain. The care even to minimize injection pain for numbness was something other dentist should learn from Dr Burpo. It took a long time for the caps to be installed and it never seemed that Dr Burpo was rushed. I am so pleased with Dr Burpo and his competent extremely friendly staff that I suggested that my wife seek his care. The last point is that Dr Burpo HIMSELF called after each session to follow up to check for any complications, discomfort or pain. Have you ever had another dentist do that? I am IMPRESSED and Grateful! Thank you Dr BURPO AND STAFF.

A Journey to a Dream Smile: An Unparalleled Dental Experience in the Heart of the Ozarks…read more This is not just a dental office; it is a sanctuary of care, professionalism, and genuine human connection. To say this is the best dentist office in the United States is, in my experience, an understatement. My journey to the smile I have dreamed of since I was sixteen began with a single phone call, and from that moment on, every interaction has been nothing short of exceptional. The first voice of warmth and reassurance belonged to Aileen Stevens. Aileen is a phenomenon - tremendous to speak with, she instantly put me at ease and assured me that all my concerns, and my specific timeline, could be addressed. Her professionalism is matched only by her kindness. She is thoughtful and runs the office with an awe-inspiring efficiency. No problem is too big for Aileen to handle with a smile, and her presence as the first point of contact sets an incredibly high standard. She manages the practice with dignity and professionalism that is a rare and cherished quality. Then, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Terry Burpo. From our initial conversation, I was struck by his profound professionalism and integrity. There is an immediate sense of trust that he inspires, and I can unequivocally say that my instincts were spot on. Dr. Burpo does not just treat teeth; he cares for people. His kindness is evident not just in his gentle approach, but in the genuine desire you see in his eyes to provide the most advanced care, all while carefully balancing the patient's needs, desires, and what is realistically in their best interest. I have witnessed his meticulous attention to detail in both his approach and his work. My procedures were, to put it mildly, advanced, yet Dr. Burpo masterfully balanced my priorities with what was truly best for my health. Every step of the way over the past five months, I have had unwavering confidence in him and his exceptional skill. In the end, he gave me the smile I have longed for decades, and I always felt like a valued individual, not just another patient to get through the day. The exceptional care extends to the incredible dental assistants, Lexie Small and Lyndsey Keener. These two are hands down, the most skilled and wonderful dental assistants I have ever encountered. Each interaction with them leaves you impressed by their proficiency and deeply touched by their kindness. Their bedside manner is second to none, instantly comforting you and filling you with confidence. Lyndsey's dedication was truly highlighted when she made herself available to answer my questions over a holiday weekend, easing my mind when I needed it most. Lexie has an extraordinary ability to remember every conversation, making you feel like an old friend returning for a visit. She remembers details about your family and genuinely inquires about what is happening in your life, not as a perfunctory gesture, but because she truly cares. Beyond the incredible people, the office environment itself contributes to the outstanding experience. It is the only dental office I have ever been to that consistently plays the most fantastic, relaxing music. You will find yourself tapping your fingers and singing along in your head, instantly transported from the typical sights and sounds of a dental office to a pleasant and relaxing concert in the park. You never know what musical gem will be playing, but you can be sure it will be a familiar favorite. The office is impeccably clean and equipped with advanced technology, further demonstrating their commitment to top-tier care. It is truly a rare gift to have such an amazing dental practice, filled with such dedicated and caring professionals, right here in the heart of the Ozarks. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to Dr. Burpo, Aileen, Lexie, and Lyndsey for not only transforming my smile but for making the entire journey a remarkably positive and genuinely heartwarming experience. For so long, my smile was something I felt I had to hide from the world. It was not horrendous, but it certainly was not what I wanted, and it deeply affected my confidence. On what should have been the happiest day of my life, my wedding day, I found myself consciously standing in certain ways, anxiously trying to avoid the camera lens capturing my smile. But today, because of Dr. Burpo, all of that has changed. I can now smile from ear to ear, at any angle, without a second thought. You truly gave me a gift that only you could. God has certainly blessed you with tremendous talent and skill, molding it into one amazing Dentist. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for transforming my smile and my world.
