All I had done was x-rays and check up. Dr. Carla Duff did not even do an oral exam but just looked at x-rays. Instead of her admitting she could possibly made a mistake, that she got involve in discussion of my x-rays and forgot to check and went to her next appointment, she said, I would never skip that and acted very unprofessional. A person knows when someone pulls out your tongue to look under it for cancer or lifts your lips back to check gums. She did neither but denied it and instead of offering to check it, she got all bent out of shape and offended. Telling friends/neighbors/family to definitely beware of two sides of this dentist/office practices.

My friend had to beg for them to finish, to only be thrown out afterwards, unable to use the location for vehicle pickup. He is legally blind and must have others provide a ride. Because of this he had to walk down a busy freeway to find a suitable location to arrange pickup. Given this is their second location, and the prior had 7 one star reviews out of their 16 before closing, its apparent this is a pattern. Reading other reviews, it shows they have had other individuals with disabilities and issues with poor pain management. DO NOT GO HERE.

I was in pain and called the office right at 7:30am this morning and they were able to fit me in for an emergency root canal!!! This is my second root canal from Dr. Massey and that is his speciality. I wish that he did everything, but unfortunately he doesn't. The staff are Extremely professional, Organized and Amazing with communicating together. If you are needing a root canal... Look No Further because Dr. Massey is the Man!!! Upon leaving, I was told how much the procedure would cost. Since it was about $500 more than I expected considering my 80% coinsurance, I asked for an explanation. I was told the "I would never understand it" and that Dr. Massey "builds in" extra cost when billing the insurance so that he doesn't have to "chase" people for payment later. When I requested a predetermination of benefits, I was told that Dr. Massey will not provide that because he doesn't want to disclose the numbers he is actually billing the insurance company. SHADY.
