This practice is Absolutely Amazing and is family owned! Not only is Dr.Harr a Perfectionist, but his sweet wife Janessa, who is an RN and the office manager treats All of their patients like Family. I've had some long dental procedures here, including implants where Janessa placed a blanket over me kicking off my shoes and making sure I was comfortable. It's also amazing watching the entire staff working together where everyone calls you by your first name. It is very obvious that he was a caring, respectable dentist with integrity, values and morality. After the initial evaluation and estimate, I took some time to decide. As he was more than 1 1/2 hours away it was a factor to consider. After deciding on a course of action, per his recommendation, I decided to chose caps with partial bridge. I can only tell you ,as I am a old guy, that I was very impressed with his patience and care to not inflict and minimize any pain. The care even to minimize injection pain for numbness was something other dentist should learn from Dr Burpo. It took a long time for the caps to be installed and it never seemed that Dr Burpo was rushed. I am so pleased with Dr Burpo and his competent extremely friendly staff that I suggested that my wife seek his care. The last point is that Dr Burpo HIMSELF called after each session to follow up to check for any complications, discomfort or pain. Have you ever had another dentist do that? They then refunded me 2000.00 I then found out after another 6 thousand he had the bottom post had to pay 5000 to have them pulled at OMS great people just expensive. Branson dental help me fix the alignment but still eating a soft diet and the bottom dentures would come out when I ate anything even soft food. I finally found a Dentist Dr Majors who new is stuff plus both offices in Springfield and Branson West the staff bend over backwards to help you with any concern. I also have dental fear and they use gas so I did great. I can't say enough about both offices and the staff. My final out of pocket expense for this nightmare was 30 thousand. Thank God I found Ascend Dental by far and hands down the best place to have any dental work done.
