I asked for teeth whitening and he suggested I try over the counter products. Who does that? Dr. Keith Wall does. This dentist is more concerned about people than money. Thus the modest, cozy, dental building in a cute little house tucked just outside of downtown Branson. A friend referred Dr. Wall to me and I refer my friends to him. Dentists are trained to clean around ortho. They should want the best care for their patients and they won't do the job if they have to work a little harder. My son saw them regularly twice per year and they didn't do X-rays for 18+ months. Had they done the X-rays yearly like most places, we wouldn't be in this position. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don't hire this dentist if you need actual work. They'll only provide service for easy/lazy work. I removed my whole family and we'll be going somewhere else. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time they told my son he needed a root canal. Referred us to a specialist. The specialist wanted to save the tooth since my son was young. This same dentist office refused to do the filling. The root canal specialist had to do my son's filling bc the dentist refused to do the work. I've never in my life hired a professional service and had them refuse to do their job! Not once, but twice. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!! Dr Ski should go back to school or retire if he's not going to do work.

Ok, My son went to Aspen with many needed dental issues. After full exam and many x rays the…read moretreatment plan was presented. $6800 for the work needed. We paid up front, big mistake don't do that. Several of the crowns required root canal after they were placed. I know that is not always known but this happened with every one of the 4 crowns they performed. This cost an additional $4400 to redo all 4 crowns with root canal and all new crown now have a hole drilled in them. Finally, son goes in to have last 2 crowns completed and Aspen says he now owes additional $950. I pay that because they sent him away until it was paid holding the crowns hostage. He went today and they told him he owes another $150 before they will place the last 2 crowns. Avoid Aspen at all costs. No real deal, shabby work. A real dentist wont cost this mich.
