Lewis and Eleanor Roosevelt to pretty scenic pictures like the beach or British Isles. At the Center for Allergy and Asthma, there is no need to worry. During an allergy test, you may find discomfort. However, the office provides an amazing environment to not let your circumstances bring you down. Dr. Vickery gets bonus points for sharing the same last name with me. I highly recommend signing up for a visit the next time to find your nose stuffy or throat closed up.     I have been a patient here for 5 years, since we moved to GA. Never had a problem until March of…read morethis year. I was billed for allergy serum preparation in Villa Rica and also in Hiram. The only problem is they don't do serum prep in Hiram. I have spent 6 months trying to get this fixed. I've called the number on the bill. I've contacted them on the patient portal. I have gone into the office with the bill and explained. The staff agrees that this is an error. And yet, I keep getting a bill for it. I am told that the matter is being escalated. Nothing happens. I will not pay this duplicate charge nor will I continue to call and have nothing happen. They are going to lose a loyal patient over a clerical error. So sad.

    Absolutely horrific way to treat people Center for Allergy and Asthma of Georgia --…read more The head shot nurse "Nicole" should be let go. I was hoping to settle this issue without bringing it to public attention and get help on this matter privately. However, nothing has been resolved so... Here is my review and I truly hope it helps others. First, Dr. Vickery is a great guy, and this review does not reflect on him because, in today's big corporate roll-up environment, the Docs are just employees of poorly run entities whereas their private equity focus is strictly profits. This doesn't reflect bad behavior on the Doctor's part. It speaks volumes about Nicole, the head shot nurse who shouldn't be allowed to speak to patients without being properly briefed ahead of time. Specifically -Nicole is rude, ignorant, and failed to provide ANY positive results, which she had numerous times to fix. In a nutshell, I sought help with my allergies and paid X amount for a serum that they never mixed and I never recieved one shot. Why??? Since November of 2022 NOTHING was ever done for me but they consistently took my money. 2023: Dec 14th I decided to try to get to the bottom of why nothing had been done for so long, this is after numerous trips to the office and being told "it'll be ready in 3 weeks, then told 4 weeks then 6 weeks etc" Just always pushing out my serum weeks at a time for no reason. I walked in Dec 14, and spent $175 to talk to the doctor and complain that they have not done anything except charge me money. I sat waiting patiently and when the intake nurse asked me why I had not received any shots, she seemed surprised when she reviewed my file. I told her, "Her guess was as good as mine." She went and got the shot Nurse Nicole, who came into the room abruptly (and again rudely), informed me that I had a problem with billing and they would not do anything until I contacted billing. Sharply turned and walked out. Oh, I had no billing issue as in hand was a statement showing a zero balance. Again, without a care, a rude nurse named Nicole didn't care to know she was incorrect. After barking at me, Nicole immediately left the room without even giving me a chance to tell her I had a zero-dollar balance. Her demeanor and attitude are worthless. I'm requesting a refund of all services rendered thus far so I can take my business to a different doctor. The doctor, after hearing the information, looking in my file, actually agreed and tried to help me by escalating the matter, but I have not heard back and here I am.- T
