I called back with a follow-up question -- I'm about to visit my pregnant daughter and wanted guidance on what to do since I was sick. Dr. Randall himself got on the phone and walked me through it personally. I've been with the same primary care doctor for years, and when I have questions, I leave a message and wait for a callback from a nurse practitioner. I never get to speak with the doctor directly. When I first started getting crowns done in Feb of 2014, they were using one type of Crown material and the next time I went back it as another, they ended up replacing most if not all the original crowns under warranty. In June of 2016, I had I believe 7 Crowns done at once, due to the extreme wear that I had, we needed to build my teeth back and I was told I could add to and take away as needed for proper fit. Which sounded great with the information that I was given at the time; I can tell you it was very painful, and I will never do that again. Of those crowns, most has come off and were replaced with the newer product. Now those same crowns are breaking and I'm having to replace them again at my cost. I was led to believe these crowns were permanent not temporary. Most crowns are less than 7

As I was 4 weeks from getting my new dental insurance I knew this wasn't going to be pretty. I decided to take the best option which was a full crown and was thrilled to see and hear that the Dr. has a new camera and comupter that actually creates the crown right there in his office while I waited. How wonderful to not have to return for that dreaded second visit and not to mention no nasty blue goo process! With 1 dermatology Doctor and 1 PA, it's inevitable. In my case, that even goes with a scheduled injection of Dupixent, which is usually administer by a nurse. Anyway, I'm done with them. So much money wasted and a lot of suffering endured. And no amount of reviews-- about how nice they are--means anything when you're suffering with little results from treatment. I wouldn't recommend Dermatology Specialists unless you're looking to donate $ and lots of time to suffering. I feel like a damn fool smh.

So, Susan, the director is there tonight, and wasn't at work during the day today for that reason - and tried to send an email at 5:48pm and it didn't go out. In my opinion, we should have been informed much earlier - I asked about the plan while visiting there at lunch. Once again, it would behoove you to act in a professional manner and say that you made a mistake In not communicating with family and your employees.
