Instead of just handing me a prescription for pain medication, Dr. Oglesby offered me a trial for a Spinal Cord Stimulator. I have used that for about 7 years now. I have been able to lower the use of pain medication, using that. Dr. Oglesby also prescribed an amazing Numbing gel, made by a Compound Pharmacy. I can apply it anywhere that I have pain. I am amazed at how well it works for me! I highly recommend Dr. Oglesby to anyone who is dealing with Chronic pain anywhere! In addition to Spine Surgery pain, and Rheumatoid Arthritis, I have severe pain in numerous areas of my body. Since I started seeing Dr. Oglesby, I have been able to live an active, and joyful life, in spite of my Chronic Pain!

The girl at the front desk acted like she was doing me a favor by talking to me. She was not very friendly to say the least. The only really good experience was with the nurse who took my vitals and tested me for the flu and strep. She was very professional and friendly. She explained that they didn't have a exam room open at the moment so she would get everything ready for me in the meantime. I thought it was strange that they wouldn' t have an exam room considering I had made an appointment and checked in online but whatever. Soon after she finished, they had a room open up, so I went in there and waited for the doctor. As I waited I looked around and was disgusted by the condition of the room. The floors looked like they had not been swept or mopped in at least a week. Once again the western theme was carried over into the exam rooms. I realize this is Lagrange Ga, but come on. My dog's veterinarian has a cleaner and more sanitary exam room. Finally, I saw the doctor for about 1 minute total. It was just long enough for him to tell me that I had tested positive for the flu. Given the sanitary state of the clinic, I am really doubting this. Also, within a day I was feeling better. I think he spent more time telling me how to get from exam room to the exit (which was 2 turns in a short hallway). I wanted to tell him " thank you captain obvious". I think next time I will just make the trip back to Carrollton where they have more than one walk up clinic, and it doesn't look like a throwback to the wild west dirt floor and all.

I was assigned Heather Scrimpshire, NP and found her to be very cold, not understanding, and I felt very dismissed by her. After trying to make it work for many months, I was forced to find another doctor. This review only applies to Heather Scrimpshire and not to the wonderful nurses like Jaime Collins and the people who work in the lab department. I do not recommend this practice at this time.
