They said they would send someone out so I reached for my calendar and looked up the first of March which was about a week away. Cathy said what about today? I said, What? I sure wasn't expecting that. Sure enough, Jarrell was here in about an hour (I live in a different town) and with a replacement machine, no less. I sure wasn't expecting that. He also brought some new tubing and new canulas which I needed badly. I thought to myself, Wow, today must be my lucky day. Then I thought maybe there is still a company or two in the world that is still prompt and does what they are supposed to do. Maybe Corley is one of them! Which ever; I can breathe easier tonight. Norman, one of the staff members, was by far my favorite. He was very easy to talk to and kept me up to date. A few other mentionable staff members that helped me were June (I believe this was her name), Beverly and Selma. My son said that Norman was his favorite as well. May was also a very good person to her.
