Not only did she stand beside me until i transitioned to my new PCP, she stayed dedicated to my care with the same compassion, respect and kindness to all of her patients. Dr. Rooks guaranteed my prescriptions were refilled, as requested by my local pharmacy. Her staff were on top of my records release request and her nurse Angela would call to let me know. I could check the pharmacy's app on my phone to verify the prescription was going through. Everyone at Tanner Primary Care made the transition as seamless as it could be, knowing I had lost my faith in the healthcare system. They are one of four physicians I trust to attempt to put their patients care first. I respect their commitment and courage. Everyone has the compassion to be able to assist and advocate for their patients. I will miss Dr Rooks. See and the physician who she took my care over from will always be missed.

The building is beautiful and always clean, the staff has been super pleasant in every interaction I have had with them. My new PCP is knowledgeable and took the time to get to know me. I didn't feel rushed or unheard. Not only did she take the time to get to know me, however, her recommendations made sense for me. I love this. Knowing that sometimes a trip to the PCP can be a one size fits all type of approach, it was amazing to get the personal care that I was accustomed to. The Piedmont brand as a whole has my vote. The level of quality and care I receive is always above standard. Furthermore, the staff is in tune with the patient and the needs of the patient and I'm not just another chart in a bin. As I said before, everyone seems nice, but no one is friendly or comforting. This office lacks those important qualities. Mediocre care.
