Not only did she stand beside me until i transitioned to my new PCP, she stayed dedicated to my care with the same compassion, respect and kindness to all of her patients. Dr. Rooks guaranteed my prescriptions were refilled, as requested by my local pharmacy. Her staff were on top of my records release request and her nurse Angela would call to let me know. I could check the pharmacy's app on my phone to verify the prescription was going through. Everyone at Tanner Primary Care made the transition as seamless as it could be, knowing I had lost my faith in the healthcare system. They are one of four physicians I trust to attempt to put their patients care first. I respect their commitment and courage. Everyone has the compassion to be able to assist and advocate for their patients. I will miss Dr Rooks. See and the physician who she took my care over from will always be missed.

He listens, sits next me to have a normal human conversation, and he explains things in easily digestible. On top of all that, he's the kindest man in the world. Knowing that sometimes a trip to the PCP can be a one size fits all type of approach, it was amazing to get the personal care that I was accustomed to. The Piedmont brand as a whole has my vote. The level of quality and care I receive is always above standard. Furthermore, the staff is in tune with the patient and the needs of the patient and I'm not just another chart in a bin.
