I went to another dentist a few years ago and got a set of partials. They never fit well at all. He never offered to help me and make them fit better. This time I went to the Absolute Best Dentist in town. Dr. Jackson kept making sure that they were made right and fit perfectly! I thank God for Dr. Jackson! I would give them at least 10 stars!

When I first started getting crowns done in Feb of 2014, they were using one type of Crown material and the next time I went back it as another, they ended up replacing most if not all the original crowns under warranty. In June of 2016, I had I believe 7 Crowns done at once, due to the extreme wear that I had, we needed to build my teeth back and I was told I could add to and take away as needed for proper fit. Which sounded great with the information that I was given at the time; I can tell you it was very painful, and I will never do that again. Of those crowns, most has come off and were replaced with the newer product. Now those same crowns are breaking and I'm having to replace them again at my cost. I was led to believe these crowns were permanent not temporary. Most crowns are less than 7

After making a few calls the God's must have been with me because they led me to Dr. Childress and his wonderful team. As I made the 25 minute drive to LaGrange from where I was working, I wasn't sure what to expect. But as I walked in I was pleased to a modern office, nicely decorated and was greated by a very warm staff. After a thurough exam the Dr. and his team gave me my treatment and payment options. As I was 4 weeks from getting my new dental insurance I knew this wasn't going to be pretty. I decided to take the best option which was a full crown and was thrilled to see and hear that the Dr. has a new camera and comupter that actually creates the crown right there in his office while I waited. How wonderful to not have to return for that dreaded second visit and not to mention no nasty blue goo process! If you are searching for a new Dentist and not sure where to turn, this truly was the best dental experience I have ever had. I currently have braces on which mean I see and an orthodontist every 8 weeks he spends more time making sure I feel heard and taken care of which is more than can be said for this smith guy. I tried to tell smith tht I was having pain in my tooth I made a whole separate visit for this pain and once again was charged such an outrages price it made my head spin and in the end he said there is nothing wrong and when I had my orthodontist appointment I made sure to tell him about my problem and he immediately found what the issue was so clearly smith needs to do more to make sure his patients are getting actual dental care. They ladies at the front desk are so pretty but those attitudes are just as bad as smiths dental work/ bed side manner. I have been to other dentist, but they never did anything about it. Knowing what I know now, there was nothing that they could have done. What this dentist did was to drill away the enamel from four of my teeth (lower) inciscers, put some bonding material on my teeth. I thought that, that was a permanent fix, big mistake. That stuff have came off leaving my teeth looking worse than ever. This has caused me a lot of stress. I was always self conscious about my teeth. I regret the day I went to this dentist, it have not been a good experience. To repair the damage she has done to my teeth is going to be very expensive.
