My 89 year old mom likes to dye her hair and it's been some time since she has been able to do so. I thought I would grab her some and have a hair day today. I'm not familiar with hair color, but a friend said to go to Sally's because they have better products, so I chose the closest one to me. Upon entering Aubrey greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any assistance. I told her what I was trying to do and she asked me questions I didn't even think to ask. She guided me to the hair color. Showed me her recommendations. Walked me through what I may need and if that was something I wished to purchase. Aubrey helped answer all the questions I had about how to use each product and how long to leave the product in. She was excellent and everything you would want in a customer service setting. I'll definitely be back here in the future.

What a horrible way to shop if you think about it. The staff is so rude there that you are literally shopping on edge the whole time. Just from past Ulta experiences, I walked in on edge today. But, it was totally unnecessary! The staff here is wonderful! Some of the nicest associates around. I couldn't find my shade in the Estee Lauder line and one of the sweet associates helped me. After they found my shade, they asked me if there was anything else I needed. They took their time with me and it was very much appreciated! Two other associates helped my friend find a couple things a well. The store is so clean and organized. It is a smaller store front than I'm used to but they have all the major make up brands here. They may not have everything here but you're bound to find what you need, maybe just in another brand. I grabbed my items and headed to the register. The cashier was really nice. She helped me with my app for the coupon, I also used my gift card. She was very patient with me and made sure I didn't feel rushed. I know there were customers behind me waiting to get checked out. It didn't phase her, she made sure I was taken care of. I appreciate that she didn't rush my transaction. Shopping here and shopping at my home base location is black and white. They are so nice here! All friendly and willing to help. The store is very clean and organized. It was nice to be able to have such a great experience here today. Now only if I can get my home store to this level! I might actually shop there more!

This location is really clean and the staff actually seem happy to be there. It's pretty big and has a nice flow, so it doesn't feel as cramped as Valley Fair. I asked the clerk if they had any more and he said no. That's where Antonio stepped in. He actually looked in the drawer below and didn't see any, and suggested to the other clerk to call Sephora in fashion place. Here came the eye roll from the other clerk ( guy with dark hair, kinda ckunky, didn't have a name tag) he did make the call to fashion place and was on hold for a few minutes but they said they had the OUI in stock. At $26 a bottle I didn't want to drive all the way to Murray if they didn't have it. Antonio waited on other customers with an air of good customer service, the other clerk not so much. Ask for Antonio whenever you need assistance shopping for all your makeup needs. (By the way he does a fantastic eye makeup.)

It's one of my go-to and favorite stores for all things natural beauty, home and skincare products. I spend a good amount of time browsing around to see if they have new items on the shelf, too. I usually buy their soaps, sunscreen, shampoo bars, tooth powder, etc. The staff is very helpful and informative when I have questions about the products. There's parking in the back lot or in the streets. I usually don't have much issues finding one nearby.
