The second thing that bothered me on my visit is that she took the sides way down almost to the edge of my eyes. I told her I didn't like that look. She did it anyway. I went home and scraped the ink out that to the point I wanted it. The third is that after my second session I noticed my left eyebrow was very light and I had to fill it in. When I called to make an appointment for this to be fixed I was told it would cost an additional $175. WHAT, that is $800. NO!!! If I would have gone to my nieces house in the Los Angeles area it would have cost me a total of $400. This is in CA. I guess Utah is better

I hate being a bummer with a 2-star review, but 3-star is meant to be an average studio and to me, the experience has been below-average. Every single time, the lashes fall out early and it's not because of the natural lash cycle- when I find the loose lashes, there's no natural lash attached. So I know it's not because of my lashes naturally falling off over time. The glue here doesn't seem to match the quality I've found at other studios. Another important point with this studio is that they do not put a lash extension on every single lash. I think they must have some set number of lash extensions they'll use per eye- it doesn't matter if you have way more lashes if it's above their limit. I've noticed that they're not the studio where you can feel the artist slowly comb through your lashes to make sure they didn't miss any lashes. So for me, they tend to look fine for the first few days, but after that they look pretty sparse and I end up paying extra to get them professional removed and then I regret coming all over again. There's many glowing reviews for this studio so I may just be an unlucky customer, but I also noticed that they seem to have a lot of fake reviews being weeded out by Yelp. If you scroll down to the very bottom and click on the "X reviews not currently recommended", there's certain date ranges where tons of five-star reviews pour in (such as in August 2019) and the profiles only have 1 or 2 reviews. Obviously, these got flagged by Yelp already, but if that's a sign that this business is willing to compromise for clearly fake reviews, then it just makes me cautious about some of the other reviews on here.

Then I go in and see a new girl, they said she was great, my extensions got put in and about 3 weeks to 4 weeks in all my beads started falling out. One after another. I would usually get my move ups every 2 1/2 to 3 months. Never had this happen. So I call and was told anything during the first week they will handle. But that I should move my hair up every 4 weeks. That is their policy. Don't love that since I never had a problem before and I take really good care of my extensions. I am finding a new salon. Won't be going back.

The stylist was wonderful, she made sure to check that the products she used were okay since my mom is sensitive to certain hair products, which we really appreciated. I booked a highlight service with Pamela that resulted in visible blotching and root bleed marks, which I discovered after blow-drying and styling at home. When I returned for a correction, the original issues weren't resolved and more flaws were introduced. A second salon later documented root blotching across the sides and back of my head, midshaft banding, and patchy, unsaturated sections causing a striped appearance. Despite giving Pamela the opportunity to correct the work, the results worsened, and she refused to offer a refund. I had to pay $185+ for emergency corrective color. This was not just dissatisfaction, it was objectively poor work that had to be repaired by another licensed professional. Please do your research before booking.
