Most of the staff is very knowledgeable and willingly to help you find what you need or apply something to your skin so you can see what it would look like before you buy. I always try to find Stephanie because she wears her makeup closely to how I try to wear mine and we are similar in products we use. I have experienced a few times lately the shades I want to buy are sold out which is why I am giving it a four star rating. They do offer to ship it to your house however that can take up to two weeks. Take away- don't be like me and wait until your product is out before trying to stock up again! They have a $25 or less section which gets me every time! I find the best trial sized products there that end up being my favorites and when I come back I'll get the full sized version. My favorite brands are too faced, benefit, urban decay and drunk elephant. There is something for everyone here and they also have great gifts! Make sure to sign up to be apart of their rewards system so you get a birthday gift!
