The girls make you feel so at home. 20 years ago, a stylist in downtown NYC blade-cut my hair and it never looked that good again. I've asked for it before and I guess it's either a dated or awkward way to cut hair. Nicole understood and gave me that messy texture I've been looking for. I'm a mess and like my hair to match that mess. LOL. She nailed it. Point being, she listened and gave me what I wanted! Not Just a Haircut! This was a fantastic experience.
