Where do I begin? The long story: I ordered online a purchase for pickup, which was expected to take around four hours. Three days later it still was not done. I called twice to ask when it might be finished and both times was told that day, neither time was it actually complete. I come to find later on that they were filling orders placed after mine before mine. When I asked how long the order would be held after it was ready for pickup, I was told five days and that I would be able to pick it up after the weekend. This was incorrect and it was expected to be picked up Saturday or it would be canceled. By the time my order was ready several items were out of stock and I could no longer even get them online because of how long it took. When I contacted customer support to discuss the matter, I was told the problem would be escalated and someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Three days later, no one had gotten back to me. Needless to say, I am disappointed in the experience and will not be using this feature again.
