Came in with my girlfriend to buy cologne (me) and makeup (her). Pro - Sales girl who helped me with cologne (can't remember her name, but had bright red/pink hair that was awesome). Very helpful and let me try and few scents (as their tester bottles are locked away? Cons - The guy at checkout who was extremely unfriendly and blaise and generally unfriendly. The place other than girl in cologne area seemed very unfriendly and more interested in chatting with each other than helping the other guests... Just an overall eh experience. read more

Visited today with my friend who has suffered a stroke in August 2024 leaving her left side partially paralyzed. This location did not have handicap doors!!!! If I wouldn't have escorted her today she could not have got in the store. Mentioned it to the staff and didn't seem to care at all. Come on Ulta Beauty...do better for access to all, the staff we interacted with were not kind or caring. Very upsetting!! read more

This review is really for my girlfriend. I haven't seen her this mad in a long time. Why? Glad you asked. She is/was a customer at Ulta. Seemed like a nice store, with decent staff, nice products and good coupons in their catalog she received in the mail. But that all needs to be there every time for it to be a great store. This week, she received the catalog which had a 20% coupon in it. So, as an avid customer, off to the store we went. And it begins. Looking for a particular product, can't seem to find it. No one around to help. Finally settle on something and proceed to the checkout. One cashier. Yes, I'm aware of the employment problem. We waited for about 15 minutes while one customer, yes one customer is waited on. Some return issues I guess. Here comes the acting Manager to the rescue. She takes over the transaction for the customer in front of us to no avail. So, the manager tells the cashier to help us on the next register. Ok now we are cooking. Nope, the cashier can't get logged into the register. Attempt after attempt as we stand there. It seemed like another 5 minutes until another worker appears out of nowhere. Now the cashier asked the coworker to help her log in and the coworker explains that she has the cap-locks on. Ok, well now shes logged in. She rings up the product and was handed the coupon. She types on the register a few more times and winds up with a puzzled look on her face. Her comment was that this coupon is NOT valid. HMMM. She said the register wouldn't accept it. Didn't ask the manager who was standing right next to her. The Manager didn't offer to help after my girlfriend spoke up about the coupon. No help, no real explanation and no 20% off. This wouldn't be that bad, but its not the only time it has happened. So, no more ULTA fo her. She made the comment that it seems that this store has completely gone down hill and she can get her items elsewhere. I used to go here consistently and always had a good experience until today. My mom went into this location and was aggressively trailed her entire visit. The employee wasn't even pretending to work and was standing inappropriately close to her the entire time. Based on the other reviews, it is clear their employees are not properly trained or just rude in general. I will be driving the hour to the nearest ulta and not be returning here. read more

As soon as I walked in I was literally a couple feet from an employee and she didn't great my friend or I. Just stared. We had to go looking for help and then the girl we asked was nice and polite but she had no knowledge of make up... and couldn't really help us. I ended up putting the make up back because i wasn't confident in what she was selling me. I won't go back to this location. Customer service was extremely poor. The whole atmosphere when you walk in just gave off bad judgey vibes. read more

I bought waterproof mascara by mistake (blech) and they let me return it for a full refund without a receipt, even though it was opened! They just looked up my phone number to verify the purchase and it was easy peasey! Great customer service and they are always fully staffed. Employees are friendly and professional. Absolutely terrible customer service. They all just stand around talking in there little groups and pay no attention to anyone I had to wait for them to stop talking to ask a question. Then when I asked they treated me with disrespect for interrupting them. read more

Love it here! Employees are always super helpful and there's usually a lot of sales, so makeup that would normally cost a lot of money is cheaper than it is at places like Sephora or online retailers. read more

They ignored my friend and I multiple times. They were rude and racist, we were nothing but polite to them. When we were leaving after purchasing our makeup, a group of employees made a snarky and condescending comment about us assuming we won't hear. This was not professional and I expected more from an established chain. read more

I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted, it turned out absolutely amazing. I had the sweetest girl named Alexis and she nailed everything I asked. I hadn't gotten my brows done in almost 2 years so they were very unruly and she gave them a beautiful shape and tinted them perfectly looking so natural. Would highly recommend read more

I went into the ulta salon a couple days ago and was treated very poorly by the salon manager. She didn't want to color my hair the color I wanted and she didn't want to cut my hair how I wanted. She told me she didn't want to color my hair as dark as I wanted it because I am too pale. I was very offended by that. She also got hair color all over my face and scrubbed my face until it was super red and raw to get it off. I was also told several times in person and over the phone that my hair would be $75 off the original price which would make it around $35. When she gave me my bill after she finished my hair I was furious to see that it was $90!!! That was WAY more than what I was told it would be! She also didn't dry or style my hair at all and I was left with wet hair and had to walk out in the freezing cold. I can say I was totally disappointed with the service. read more

It really is super hit or miss here...some of the employees are really fun and great but most of them make me feel super self-conscious and nervous to be around. It sucks because I'm obsessed with Ulta and still go bc I have a problem...but this location isn't the best in terms of customer support. Andrea is awesome! I called the night before Christmas Eve because I was researching a skincare kit by Mario Badescu and Andrea answered the phone. Not only was she courteous, but she went above and beyond to help me over the phone with any questions I had. She was very sweet and completely genuine. I was amazed at how nice and helpful she was. She went to the back of the store to find the kit I was looking for and even spoke to me about a different option. She spent time making sure that I understood the product and her knowledge about the product was just on point. She held the product for me until the following day when I picked it up in store. I was hoping to speak with her and thank her in person, but she hadn't arrived to her shift yet. Thank you so much, Andrea. You are an asset to Ulta and they are very blessed to have you. Please recognize this woman for her excellent customer service and friendly approach to her customers, especially the night before Christmas Eve!
