I've been here several times and have spent a couple of thousand dollars on various products and…read moreprocedures. Overall, my experiences initially were very positive--the staff has always been friendly, and the services started out great. My most recent service was a laser treatment (similar to IPL but more advanced) intended to treat dark spots, which cost around $600. During the treatment, my entire face was treated except for the high cheekbone area beneath my eyes, which unfortunately is where my darkest spots are. At my follow-up appointment, I pointed this out and was told that the area had been missed because the eye covers blocked it. I was advised to schedule another appointment to treat those spots, at an additional cost of $10 per zap. While it was frustrating that this wasn't addressed during the original treatment--especially given the cost--I agreed to book another appointment to have the areas treated. When I arrived for that appointment, I was informed that one of the spots would need to be reviewed by a doctor before they could proceed. This was surprising, as I've been in approximately five times, had multiple face scans, and discussed my dark spots in detail on several occasions. At no point prior to this visit was it mentioned that a doctor's review would be required--particularly before scheduling an appointment that was specifically meant to address that spot. The overall impression I was left with is that unless you are booking a higher-priced treatment, your time and concerns are not a priority. While I absolutely respect referring a client to a specialist when medically appropriate, it was disappointing that this requirement was only raised once I arrived for an appointment where the total charge would have been minimal. Unfortunately, this resulted in wasted time and left me questioning the consistency of care.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience getting chemical peels here! From the moment…read moreI walked in, I felt completely comfortable and taken care of. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and truly passionate about skincare. Before starting my treatments, they thoroughly explained the process, what to expect during healing, and customized the peel specifically for my skin goals. I appreciated how they focused on both results and safety. After a series of chemical peels, my skin looks brighter, smoother, and more even than it has in years. My texture has improved so much, dark spots have faded, and I'm constantly getting compliments on how healthy and glowy my skin looks. The downtime was exactly as described, and I felt supported the entire time. If you've been considering chemical peels but feel nervous, this is your sign to book it. I'm beyond happy with my results and will absolutely continue coming back. Highly recommend!

On multiple occasions, my hairstyle did not turn out as requested, and when I raised concerns or asked for a refund, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I was also unhappy with the customer service. Instead of acknowledging mistakes, staff members often insisted that the result was exactly what I had asked for, which was frustrating. During appointments, there was a lot of gossip and discussion of other people's personal business, which created an unprofessional atmosphere. When I was a regular customer, my scalp frequently became red and irritated after services, raising concerns about the techniques and products being used. I was also disappointed by the limited selection of hair-care products available. Additionally, I found the clothing sold in the shop to be low quality for the prices being charged. Overall, I would not recommend this salon based on my personal experience.

I am also disabled so I'm not able to stand that long so this was not something that I was planning to do with my day after paying someone to do it for me . It would have just been easier if I had saved the money . And the person who did my hair had only made a 30-minute window for my daughter's haircut . The next person coming in was set for 9:00 . The woman spent an extra 15 minutes on her hair and that was about it. It looks exactly like the time that was spent on it. It was a rushed job . My daughter felt so bad about it . But thank God I was able to fix it myself . My mistake was going here. I actually didn't mean to make an appointment here. I thought I had made an appointment at the salon next door . It is literally next door . I had taken my daughter to there before and they did an amazing job there. So the only mistake that I made was accidentally making an appointment at the wrong salon. So I feel awful . But do not waste your time here. I read the reviews for this place and I would have never brought her here if I had known that I had made a appointment at the wrong salon no not to make this appointment here again. And for those who wonder why I said okay when I left, it was because when we were finished her hair was down and covering the lines. It wasn't until my daughter put her hair up in a scrunchie was when I realized how horrible it was and I was absolutely mortified.
