I went in about 2 weeks ago I don't know the name of the young guy who did my nails because he didn't introduce himself. He asked what I wanted so I showed him a picture and said just Like this please. I waited for about 20 minutes for him to come sit down and finally start . He was not very welcoming. So an hour and 20 minutes later he was done he said there have a good night... I paid 110.00 for 4 of my nails to break in the first week. My daughter & I had 9:30am appts I had a mani pedi appt & she had a wax appt. I was not seen until 45min later (not by the person requested) my daughter was seen 1hr later. My other daughter was never seen after 45min wait . I booked her appt due to the price for the wax $40 for full legs. The lady who did her wax said they have a new system and the price was incorrect & it's $80. I showed her on the app that it says $40. She became extremely irate when i showed her the pricing on the app. She started getting loud with me would not listen to me etc. I asked her to get someone else to speak to me. she started waving hands was & was getting loud. She even stated my "logic was not very logical" ‍. At this point i was no longer dealing with her but she just keeps inserting herself with ALL of her unsolicited comments. I told the gentleman i was willing to compromise but the lady didn't want to. Then she told me my 1st time will be my last time. I agree no argument from me . So now i'm pissed i have held my composure & have kept my dignity so I politely said call the police. I don't know why they didn't want the police to come!!! The gentleman said it wasn't necessary and he was sorry. Never do business with nasty rude disrespectful people who don't know how to conduct business. I paid $60 for the wax!!!! Hannah, my technician/artist is the best!! Tyler is great too. Both are excellent at their craft. Technically sound work combined with creativity and cheerfulness!! You can't lose. Good experiences with other techs for pedicures. Service is better than other salons I've been to. They are always busy, but still take walk-ins. They are fully staffed, so generally only a short wait, if any. They employ creative people, that seem to enjoy their careers. Atmosphere is light, clean, without seeming sterile, and comfortable. Power went out and I felt overcharged for a classic pedicure with gel. I had ordered the ultimate which is $58. I was charged $68. Minus $5.for the non wax. I am sorry but it just does not add up. It was included in the package I ordered so randomly taking off $5. Just doesn't settle with giving the customer respect for missing customer service. I'm so disappointed with the service and quality of star nails. My sister in law went in the morning they did her nails all fine and exactly like the picture that she showed. I went afterwards because I saw their job was great and well done but once I did my toes, everything was fine. What messed up was my nails on my hands. They overcharged me while they charge my sister-in-law 60 they charge me 70 for a shorter set with no design and rather than complying with their customers they go ahead and talk in their native language behind our backs, in no way that's very unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand I went late in the afternoon around 2 PM but still that's why they're charging for service but to overcharge for a service out was badly done is ridiculous. If I'm able to give 0 stars, I will give 0 stars. And who in the world charges $50 for a Manicure and pedicure for a kid I think it's best for me to go and look for another place than here read more

As usual I went in asking for gel fill. I got a gel manicure. One of the things I hate about being away from home. Paul was nice and did a great job. The pedi was an good for paying the works, stones paraffin etc.... Massage wasn't that great. Could of been a 5 star if it was understood what I was asking for. Went back for a second pedicure and honestly not happy at all. I received the same tech as my first pedicure (older lady) and i told her "file only" as she cut and gave me ingrown toe nails the first time. She filed and then decided to cut even though i told her not to. And of course i got ANOTHER ingrown toe nail. I will not go back for a pedicure ever. You'd expect for a $75 pedicure you wouldn't have any issues, but that is false. Stick to manicures/fills/full sets. Stay away from the pedicures. read more
