She is so sweet and asked a lot of questions to make sure I was getting exactly the color and cut I wanted. She also suggested a change to my cut to better frame my face and she was right, my haircut looked way better thanks to her suggestion. She mixed a beautiful violet and it looked great in my hair. She also made sure to wear a mask and even switched out a comb for a new one when she dropped it on the floor. I felt really safe and in good hands while I was there.
