I came in for a pedicure and manicure for myself and my sister had stiletto nails done. My pedicure was super quick and the guy didn't talk to me even after I tried to talk to him 2x. Maybe language barrier. Not sure. But he did a good job. Just wish it was a little less rushed. My manicure was done by the older lady and she did a pretty good job. Then the younger woman came and painted my nails. I was really happy with her. I showed her a pic off Pinterest and she did a great job of trying to copy it! She was also the one who did my little sisters nails and they look great! I was happy. For my mani and pedi and my sister's full set (pointy/stiletto cost $5 more) it was $105 minus tip. Not too bad. Both Jasmin and Leo were very kind and works well together to make this place run smoothly, I would not recommend your acrylic manicure over here at all. I went here to this place for my first gel acrylic manicure and unfortunately it only took two days after coming here to end up with one of my fingers infected to the point I needed to go to urgent care to get assistance over this and checked out. Please be careful coming over here and look at the things they are using and make sure they are new!! I love this place...sadly it's only Jasmine and her husband Leo that run it so if I wanted to a few friends out it would be hard for them...but they are personable and Jasmine is the best I've found...she was truly worried that my nails had turned brown and had been harmed when I went to a different salon and she worked for 2 hours to fix that mess...she is the best...I learned a valuable lesson...I will go no where else. read more

My daughter's dip powder manicure was impeccably done and my gel pedicure was the most meticulous and careful job I've ever had done on my feet! Worst nail place in town. Even when you call to schedule an appointment they always make you wait a good 15-20 minutes to start on you. It's so annoying. Trisha can be so rude. Like somebody else said they put no effort into scrubbing your feet. When I asked her if she can scrub a little harder she told me they don't do that because that can cause them to harm their writs in the future and their hands are already hurting from too much scrubbing. Work is work hello!! I asked them if they had wifi and Trisha turned around and said we're not rich to provide wifi. It was a question!!! Very nice and clean little shop. But only two people working. We had three in our party all wanting mani & pedis. The two ladies did the best they could sharing their time with us, but I expect more staff to be available on a Saturday morning. The cost of "gel nails" is crazy over priced here. $15 in addition to your mani. $35 for regular mani & pedi + $15 for gel color. $50 is way too much!! I usually pay $40 at my local shop and then a good tip. Basically she over charges by $10 and you don't get any extras. Overall the salon is clean, the ladies are friendly and helpful, but this is a "treat" for us at these prices. Ladies morning out cost us $135 with tips!! Only I got the gel mani, and it was only two layers, not the four I get at my usual salon. We'll see how it holds up. read more

I tried this place out for a walk-in pedicure and everything went okay, honestly better than other places I had tried out (when taking into account ambiance and what not). So, two weeks later when my sister and I wanted to get mani pedis, we called this place and scheduled appointments. Bad idea. My sister asked them to remove her acrylics and paint her nails with gel instead of filling them, and the woman came back with the same response that she gave the time before, claiming she didn't have the time and that it "take too long". Mind you, while she was getting her pedi, they could have been soaking her nails in acetone! It seemed to me that these people just want to make a quick easy profit they don't put any love or care into their work. I will not return after our last experience, the employees seemed to start talking about us in their own language when we were adamant that she remove the acrylics and it made us so uncomfortable.. read more

There's 2 parts to this review: Part 1 - Pedicure & Part 2 - Acrylic Fill Part 1 - Pedicure: Laziest pedicure ever. I had an elderly lady with glasses that spoke 0 English. She didn't tell me that removing the gel from my toes was an additional $10 probably bc she spoke no English & I had a hard time trying to get her to fix the paint job that she did. She literally put 0 effort into scrubbing my feet. Part 2 - Acrylic Fill: I had Trisha. This was my first time in this shop & I must say that I was impressed with the way Trisha did my nails. She explained every charge to me before starting my nails unlike my pedicure lady. She took the time to fix my nails that were lifting bc I was way overdue for a fill & used a method I have never seen before to fix one of my broken nails. I asked her to apply extra gel to my tips since those tend to chip first & she did with no problem. Overall, my nails came out really nice. I will say that this shop has a staffing issue. The wait was long & a customer walked out due to lack of timely service. Luckily Trisha saved this review so my score is not solely based on my lazy expensive pedicure. read more

Yesterday was my first time at Q Nails. I made an appointment the day prior via mytime for a pedicure. I was greeted promptly and the lady at the front desk had me pick out my color and got my chair ready right away. She did this despite me being 10 min early and the place being packed. The air conditioning was busted. It was crazy insane hot. But that's my only complaint. I sat for about 15 minutes and the same lady came over to apologize stating she was running late. I've never had anyone apologize for running behind. It was nice that she was aware of the time. I had nowhere to be so I was fine soaking my feet. When she got to me she was quick but good. I was going to ask for the deluxe pedi but with so many people, I decided not to ask and just got the basic. She did a great job with the nail polish and even apologized again for running behind. So 1 star for getting me in same day. Started late but I didn't have any place to be. Minus 1 star for the customer whose kids we're allowed to run, scream and almost break the plate glass window. They did try to get her to rein in the kids but when she didn't she should have been asked to leave and come back without them. Honestly ruined the whole experience as I was stressed, other customer was stressed and the staff was stressed. Pedicure was good not great. My heels are more rough after than they were when I got there. Massage was non existent she rubbed her hands over my legs and bumped the bottom of my feet about 5 times. At least pretend like you're trying and put some pressure into it. Nails are a mess clumpy polish doesn't go to the edges, rough edges not filed well. Good job on cuticles Oh and sign says $28 for a mani pedi she charged me $35 and trust me there was nothing extra done. If she had taken all the dead skin off my heels I would have gladly paid it. (I didn't notice the $28 price until I was sitting at the nail dry station or I would have questioned it.) After the polish dried and I saw how bad it was I tried for 3 minutes to get her attention - she was doing a pedi on another customer and saw I was looking at her and kept her eyes averted. Short of walking up to her and holding my hand in her face and saying "fix this" (which I should have done) it was not going to happen. She knew she did a bad job and apparently was ok with that. All around a horrible experience. Stay far far away unless you want shoddy work. Having read the other reviews I'm questioning if the woman really has her license. It's too bad because reviews follow you in a small town. The younger woman had a great attitude and seemed to care, wish I had been her customer. read more

I love going to Q Nails they make you feel welcomed inviting and one day she does a great job on my nails and her mother does great with pedicures and I just love the chairs I would love to have one home with me I have been going to them off and on for about 3 years maybe more and I've never had a complaint my nails last a very long time sometimes I can't refill my nails for like 2 months and they'll still be there I might lose one or two which isn't that bad when you consider it's two months after they were refilled sometimes more so that's not their fault that's mine I've never had a problem with fungus or any other problems the people on here complain about when people are walk ins they always try to calm a date and if they can't they asking to come back in a few hours which is not unreasonable when you're walking they also do waxing which my daughter is done with them and she loved it I think it's a great place Cindy and her mom are very sweet read more

After about 20 minutes I was told to go to chair 4 but when I got over there the water was just sitting there. A lady came and turned on the bubbles. The water was tepid and the air conditioning was blowing right on me. A man started on my feet pretty quickly but I would say he did a mediocre job. He barely pushed back my cuticles and did not do a thorough job of trimming my cuticles. He did do a nice massage on my feet & legs and just an ok on the polish. I have some polish on my skin around my toenails. Compared to other similar places in town, I was not impressed with the work I had done. It seemed a little pricey too. Not good. I had 6 visits and there were always at least 2-3 other people who were booked for the same time I was. I liked how long the acrylics lasted (3 weeks), so they were durable. Unfortunately, the prices were not predictable or competitive. And waiting for her to get to you after scheduling an appointment was ridiculous. I think if I had all day it would've been okay. They told me 1:30 was good and I would be done with my manicure and pedicure with gels in time to make it to my 2:30 appointment somewhere else. One girl started on my pedicure at 1:50, I sat there for a few minutes and a guy started on my pedicure. They said they would do mani and pedi at the same time, but that didn't happen. At 2:15 I asked him to just put some clear polish on my toes because I had to go. My cuticles are still messy on my toes. The lady told me $22 for the pedicure + $5 for something she mumbled, I asked her "$5 for what?" and she said "yeah". So, yeeeeah it was a waste of time and money. So I came back a 3rd time to see if they could redeem themselves, since the main lady is pregnant, she no longer does nails so there is a new guy, Vincent and I have to say he is awesome!! On the downside, they charge an extra $5 to shape them and an extra $5 if you want them to be long Wich is ridiculous in my opinion. But These were the fastest acrylics I've ever gotten done (maybe because they fit me in right before they were about to close, which was great) but also some of the nicest because all the shapes were the same on each nail and all the lengths were relatively exactly the same which seemed to be one of this shops biggest problems with doing acrylic nails in my opinion!
