Their system appears to be stuck in an automated loop that prevents complaints from being reviewed. I've since escalated the matter to the Dutch Consumer Authority (ACM). Overall, this experience left me with serious concerns about Jumbo's customer service and complaint‑handling process.

The produce they carry is fresh, but the markup is quite high. You're likely not going to come here for your regular weekday grocery haul. When I shop here I always make sure I'm shopping deals/sales, otherwise I come here for the meat. They have the best quality A5 wagyu and kurobuta pork. Again it's pricey, but even full price it's worth it for the insane marbling. I did manage to catch their wagyu on a sale where it was $80/lb which was a pretty cool find.
