Monday morning I called IWV Plumbing to see when they could come by and give me an estimate and when they could get it done. Within 15 min Felipe was there looking at the project; within 30 min Victor was at work. In less than 3 hours I had hot water! Victor's work was neat and professional, he replaced valves and pipes and hoses (originals were 25 years old) and then cleaned up the area. From the moment I placed the call until the time I paid, a reasonable price, every person was polite and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend IWV Plumbing.

We discovered a hot water leak under the slab of our kitchen during the Memorial Day weekend. We…read morecalled around with little hope of catching a plumber at home during a holiday weekend. Pro Plumbing answered and sent someone over within 2 hours to inspect the leak. If you know Ridgecrest, no one ever responds that quickly. The plumber confirmed the leak and said someone would be at our house the next morning to begin the work. The next morning the plumber showed up ready to work. Again, this is Ridgecrest; no one ever shows up when promised. We were shocked that they were that reliable. They completed the job the same day at a very reasonable price. We had a similar leak in our bathroom about 10 years ago that was repaired by a different plumbing company; that was a complete disaster that cost a small fortune back then. We hope to not have another plumbing problem. But if we do, we will reach out to Pro Plumbing

They gave him an outrageous quote and said he had to pick up the new hot water heater himself and bring it back to his house or pay an extra fee to have the appliance delivered. Eric arrived on-time and stated something is wrong with your sink and it appears it has to be remounted. He stated Daniel does this work for us and is one of our plumbers. Daniel took a look this week and gave me a fair estimate for repairs. In addition to the sink, he found a leak on the cold water side of the faucet. The people here at Can Do are all excellent. Daniel, Eric, and Tyler did their estimates and plumbing work this week and the next day I met Renee and Christian that repaired the dry wall area where repairs were made to fix the water leak. Daniel will fix the sink next week. This team of people are all very personable, and competent. You can tell they like working for this company and they have exceeded my expectations.
