I had scheduled fluid changes for my vehicle. The work was scheduled for Tuesday but I was called…read moreby the service manager and informed that the technicians (two) had called "out". I was asked if the vehicle could be kept another day and I agreed. On Wednesday morning, I received a text that work had begun. Around 3:50 in the afternoon, I had heard nothing so texted to get a status. The response was that they would be done in 45 minutes. I reminded the service manager about the fact that another dealership had suggested that the brake pads might need to be replaced. He texted that they were just starting the measures. No further texts came. Was the truck ready? I was expecting communication either that the brakes were good and I could get the truck or they needed work. Nothing. I texted after hours for an update and the service manager texted the next morning saying he had already told me the truck would be ready. When I got to the dealership, I was walked me through what was done per the paperwork and assured these were straightforward tasks and that I was doing the right thing by my vehicle. 10 miles from the dealer the radiator hose popped off - it hadn't been properly secured. The engine temperature alarm went off. I pulled over. I called the dealer who arranged to have the truck towed and a "loaner" provided. It took a while but eventually an older Dodge Dart covered with dog hair arrived. The service manager contacted me later that day and said everything was buttoned up and they would have one of their staff drive it up and exchange for the loaner. When I get in the truck the check engine light is still lit. So.. things weren't buttoned up and this kid just drove my truck for 30 miles with the check engine light on. I called a local parts store to ask about clearing the codes and mentioned I had had work done at Town and Country and his immediate unprompted response was "Sorry.". The next day I took the truck to another mechanic to have him review the work as I was headed out of town on a long trip in some remote areas. The fluid levels and plugs seemed ok, but the air filter I was shown wasn't. It's like they just don't care. I called and asked to speak with the General Manager who is also a part owner. He didn't pick up so I left a voicemail detailing the above and leaving my number in case he wanted to call back and discuss it. He did not.

Called and left a message several days before to double check my appointment time. No call back. Called again twice, early and late in the day, the day before and left two more messages asking about my appointment time. No response. Decided to just get there first thing to make sure I wasn't late. Got there and the service guy didn't seem too enthused about helping me. Then he says there was no record of my appointment, nor was there any record of the extensive descriptions to the multiple issues that the lady put into the system. He's like "so what's goin on with it?" I just said they didn't seem very professional and got my keys and left. Got up early and drove an hour for nothing. Prob a good thing because I had brought it in 3 yrs before when it was under warranty for the air recirculation not working and they said it was working fine. After leaving I checked it and it was still not working. Brutal. Thought maybe that since a big Denver dealer bought the dealership they would have a more professional operation with capable techs but apparently it's just a new name with the same people running it. Obviously would not recommend.

I immediately started communicating with Shane and said I would not be able to come up to look at the car until my day off which was 5 days from initial response. Shane was very timely with communication. Sent me extra photos and the Carfax. I drove from Woodland Park with a friend and we did a test drive and inspection and were able to look at the undercarriage having it lifted up on their rack in the shop. I had been looking at other vehicles and this one was fairly priced so I brought a cashier's check from my bank that day and drove away with my car within a matter of 1 to 2 hours. The title arrived reasonably soon to my home address and after driving 2500 miles in 2 months, I just registered my vehicle with no problems and I am extremely happy with my car. Shane and Tim were very respectful and kind And it was a pleasure doing business with them! Couldn't have been any smoother! I highly recommend checking out their inventory and purchasing from this reputable establishment! Thank you Shane! Say hi to Tim for me!

Tim has perfected the art of allowing the customer to have the Sunday car shopping experience on the other six days of the week. He's a zero pressure guy who's extremely knowledgeable about cars in general and was honest and open about the pros and cons of the car we bought. He's a gem! If you see a car that catches your eye at RMA, don't hesitate to go see it (any day of the week!). Thanks again, Tim!

I was needing to get a new to me car and was really wanting a jeep Rubicon that had a manual…read moretransmission. So I went to H.M. Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me. Thanks again to all made it possible.

Working with Macy at H M Brown was the best car-buying experience I've ever had…read more I found a few cars I liked on the site, and Macy brought them all to my house for test drives. I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.
