Today is October 7th, we have been trying to get the correct rear window glass installed since…read moreApril 15th. We have been told so many what I will call stories that it is laughable. Everything from the window glass has been broken to UPS lost the delivery to we don't have an installer. We have now been told that there is no clear replacement glass available and the only thing that can be done is to take out the incorrect glass and then refund our deductible, leaving us with no window in the vehicle. After 6 months of trying to work with 3-D Auto Glass we would be left wtihout a window. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company.
