Juno only likes most people for about 10 minutes but LOVES Laura and Annie, and we feel so relieved knowing that all our pets are well taken care of when we're not home. We get updates on the visits in an app--with photos!--and cost is more than reasonable. (Honestly, our peace of mind is priceless!) They have also come by to walk Juno in the afternoon during the winter/spring before it gets too hot outside, and it's such a huge help when we are working from home. I can't recommend Purrfect Pet Companion enough if you want someone to care for your pets like you would!

To speak to the extent Jenny goes and her genuine love and willingness to take care of her "clients", our older pup is about 7 and has always been incredibly anxious particularly during thunderstorms. While we were in Florida this past week, a huge storm came through and not only did Jenny make sure to monitor its progress to ensure our pup got his anxiety medicine in time for relief but when the power went out, she went out of her way and far past the time she was paid for to bring over battery powered lights and set them up around our home to get the animals through the power outage most comfortably. She sat with both our dogs for a while giving them lots of love before heading home to her own family sending pictures and updates the entire time. Based upon the booking screening, it was clear that the company is professional, well-run, and focused. They provide transportation for your pet to and from their boarding stay and even provide daily pictures of your pet via text. We were very happy with the arrangements until, in the middle of our vacation, we were told that our dog had an episode of weakness and was rushed to our vet whose information we provided at booking. Andrew stayed with our pet and transported him to the overnight Emergency vet for observation. Everything turned out fine and Andrew picked up our pet to finish his stay. Andrew went out of his way and not only did everything for our pet that we could have done, but he also kept us informed and comforted. I recently adopted her and they were very kind and informative in explaining the grooming process and procedures. The staff was very friendly. My dog seemed very unstressed by her experience and looked and smelled wonderful. I recently had to postpone her second appointment due to Luna having an unforeseen medical issue, and they were very accommodating in fitting us in at a later date.
