Juno only likes most people for about 10 minutes but LOVES Laura and Annie, and we feel so relieved knowing that all our pets are well taken care of when we're not home. We get updates on the visits in an app--with photos!--and cost is more than reasonable. (Honestly, our peace of mind is priceless!) They have also come by to walk Juno in the afternoon during the winter/spring before it gets too hot outside, and it's such a huge help when we are working from home. Jenny came to my family highly recommended by my aunt and it was the best decision we have ever made using Faithful Friends. To speak to the extent Jenny goes and her genuine love and willingness to take care of her "clients", our older pup is about 7 and has always been incredibly anxious particularly during thunderstorms. While we were in Florida this past week, a huge storm came through and not only did Jenny make sure to monitor its progress to ensure our pup got his anxiety medicine in time for relief but when the power went out, she went out of her way and far past the time she was paid for to bring over battery powered lights and set them up around our home to get the animals through the power outage most comfortably. She sat with both our dogs for a while giving them lots of love before heading home to her own family sending pictures and updates the entire time.
