Chloe M.

My leopard gecko received great care, including a check up, xray, suppliment food and medication. After listing her symptoms, they got me scheduled for an emergency appt the very next day. The doctor was kind, knowledgable and straight forward. The staff were all aware of my girl's situation and comforting. The bill was fair and the instructions for at home care were detailed. Thank you to the Exeter staff!

Terrific, knowledgeable staff. Caring, too. I wouldn't want anyone else to take care of my furkids.

When I shared this experience of mine with another Vet, they were kind enough to explain that my…read moregirl, senior kitty, was merely dehydrated. This is why they had trouble getting her vein for blood. The Vet went into more detail and explained how simple her case was. Makes me so irritated we didn't go elsewhere. Always go with your gut instinct people. A note to the vets there: When putting an animal to sleep keep your noses out of a person's last minutes with their baby. How rude.

After a disappointing experience with another local clinic, we found Willow Creek--and from our very first visit, we were treated with compassion, respect, and genuine care. The entire staff made us feel like part of their family. We were never rushed, and every visit was met with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Dr. Bricker's expertise and thoughtful approach in diagnosing and treating our beloved dog, Oliver, gave him comfort and an extended quality of life we will always cherish. Her care allowed us more time with him--time filled with peace and dignity. When the time came to say goodbye, Dr. Mullikin and her team handled everything with such empathy and grace. They turned an incredibly painful moment into one that felt calm and respectful--something we didn't know was possible. Their presence brought us comfort in our grief. We are forever grateful to Willow Creek for the extraordinary care they gave to Oliver and the support they offered to us. It's clear that this is not just a veterinary practice--it's a team of people who truly care. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We continue to use Willow Creek for our other dog. They have fair prices and always get us in quickly with their extended hours. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

I just moved to Exeter recently and was looking for a new vet. I called Douglassville Veterinary…read moreHospital and was able to make an appointment within just a few days, which was perfect as it was not an emergency. The 2 ladies I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment were very nice. I got there early to fill out paperwork since it was my first time there. My appointment was at 7, and we were taken back shortly thereafter. Dr. Quinn and the assistant were great! I gave them a brief history on my cat, and then they checked her out quick and took care of an ingrown nail which is why I had made the appointment for her. On the way out I had a nice chat with some of the front desk people too. Overall a very pleasant experience. The place was clean, professional looking, and everyone was super nice. I will definitely continue going here for my current and future pets!

They forced me to switch to prescription food he hated, and guess what? He kept vomiting. I brought him back, and suddenly they find masses in his belly. They pushed me into an expensive ultrasound and convinced me to aspirate a mass for cancer testing, claiming the results were fine. Next thing I know, my cat is bleeding internally and dies. This is beyond unacceptable. Horrible and I'll never forgive them.
