Dr. Jones takes the time to explain everything that she is doing and answers any questions that we have. Our two dogs love her and we do too. Her staff is very knowledgeable and conscientious when scheduling appointments, getting necessary medications, and a pleasure to work with. They treat us and our dogs like part of the family. On top of that, I was told one thing about my cat's paw plan, while my partner was told something completely different. That is not just poor communication -- that is misinformation. When you are dealing with people's pets, their money, and their trust, there is zero room for careless mistakes or conflicting stories. This whole situation could have been avoided if Bridget had simply listened and followed clear instructions. Pet owners deserve transparency, accuracy, and basic respect. He was very demanding of his staff and most of the time seemed to have an attitude in his voice. God forbid he asked them nicely to do something. RUDE he is located at 813 Elm St. in Reading PA. I left him a detailed message about my dog Oreo stating that he had an eye infection. He called me back today at 11 AM to bring Oreo in so he could treat him for his eye. He told me it would be $90-$100 cash for treatment. I said perfect and headed to his office. When I walked in, he asked me for my name and information he has seen Oreo numerous of times. We made it clear to him, We were there for Oreo's eye infection. He said OK let me get ready. He goes into a back room off of his tiny office and brings back a needle. Sadly, we didn't think anything of it. He gave oreo a shot and Oreo dropped. He looked at My Husband and said should I place him in a bag or a box and at that moment we lost it!! We said we were here for the eye infection and he said oh my goodness I am so sorry I mistaken you for another couple that called this morning putting their animal down. Everything after that was a blur I went outside and was numb, and a few moments later walks in a couple with their cat that was being put to sleep, and all this man had to say to us was I'm so sorry he needs to be held accountable for what he did to our dog and he needs to be shut down. I don't wish this pain on anyone!!! PLEASE IF ANYONE TAKES THEIR ANIMALS TO THIS MAN STOP!!!
