Instead, my plate contained a chicken breast, the drumette portion of the wing, and the leg, but no thigh. As someone who prefers dark meat, the thigh was the part I was most looking forward to. I mentioned this to our waitress, who was very pleasant, but before leaving I also asked if I could speak with the manager or the chef to understand why the dish was served this way. Unfortunately, no one came out to speak with me. I was hungry, so I ate what I could rather than sending it back, but it left me disappointed. If the restaurant serves something other than what most people would consider a true half chicken, I think the menu should make that clear.
