Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I witnessed staffers coordinating getting sailboats out and giving lessons. My one criticism is that I wished they had more expanded hours during the week. What a fantastic way to see the Rockport area, explore the shoreline and hear some area history. We were able to dock on Straitsmouth island and climb up the lighthouse which was a welcome surprise for our family. I highly recommend the tour. You must be comfortable in water, but kayaking is fairly easy to pickup. My 14 year olds who have very little experience had a blast with no issues navigating the water. We never felt worried about our safety as Dan was vigilant with our group's well being.

Casey is very professional and gave a strong impression that he a man of good ethics and goal-oriented. In our conversation I provided further information to the incident, he listened, acknowledged my issue, then came up with possible solutions that he plans to address to his staff to prevent this type of incident in the future, and then he offered me a second experience on the house. This is more than I expected, and I am impressed!!! To Casey I give 5-stars. I look forward to my second experience with Regatta Point Community Sailing.
