Huge Kroger always packed with terrible parking. Annoying musicians playing to Karens drinking at…read morethe wine bar. They literally announce calls waiting for customer service at blasting volume every 10 seconds over the PA. You can't even think because it is so loud and annoying. You overpay for all your food. The carts are all janky. You scan your own items at checkout while some idiot stands there watching you and points out how you're not doing their job right. Wait for an eternity at the deli. Did I mention it's so crowded and Kaye's out weird that you will be running into people with your carts? Anxiety ridden consumerism at its worst. Use their pickup option instead and avoid this place!

That being said, I am not there during peak hours. I am in and out quickly. There is convenient store and car wash. Ice is available outside. Like all the other Speedway locations I have visited, promotional information covers the windows. A rewards program is available. Reward points may be redeemed for items at Speedway or from companies they have partnered with.

She rudely told me to hang up the pump. I told her I had and it said the pump was reserved. I then had some confusion over something a coupon said in the app. I went back out to the pump and it was set correctly and no gas came out of the pump. No gas came out of the pump on the other side either. I went back in and said they needed to release my money and she again said if I hang up the pump it should go back on my card. I then said that's not how it works and they needed to release the money because now I have to go somewhere else because how am I going to work a delivery job with no gas and if the pumps were broken they needed to not sell gas like they had when they had no gas last week. She then told me I HAD to leave the store for talking to her like that. Well, sorry not sorry, but how can you work selling a product you obviously have no clue about? Delores (10+ years of customer service) yells over customers on the checkout line that we should stop using the machine. We explain that it JUST started. She continues to tell the other customers that its just common sense. When I get to the counter I tell her its not right for her to yell at us and she says well the machine is broken and there was a sign and YOU must have removed the sign. I was stunned!! There was another customer who used the machine as well and we had brewed one cup with no issues. Its one thing that she didn't want us to use the machine but its a whole other level that she 1) yelled, 2) over other customers, 3) continues to complain about our lack of common sense to other customers while we are in line, 4) accused me of removing the sign. All this and she still didn't have the urgency to go put the sign (that was no where is sight) back up. Delores you are rude and I wish you well.
