Like all the other Speedway locations I have visited, promotional information covers the windows. A rewards program is available. My bestfriend who was on the phone with me heard the whole thing and it upset her too. Not only is the old guy very rude to customers I felt like I was getting mom shamed. I honestly don't even ever want to go back there anymore even the lady in side was making up excuses for him. No one ever has a right to treat a young new mom the way he did and this store allows that it's disgusting. My biggest complaint is that this location typically doesn't have their Wednesday freebies stocked on the shelves or in the coolers, even at 6am. I got lucky once that they had the item behind the cash register, but that's a pain to remember to ask every time I don't see it on the shelf. I have gotten an affogato at their coolside area, which is tasty, but I think maybe they need to understand that drink isn't supposed to be 24 ounces of ice cream and espresso together. LOL.

She rudely told me to hang up the pump. I told her I had and it said the pump was reserved. I then had some confusion over something a coupon said in the app. I went back out to the pump and it was set correctly and no gas came out of the pump. No gas came out of the pump on the other side either. I went back in and said they needed to release my money and she again said if I hang up the pump it should go back on my card. I then said that's not how it works and they needed to release the money because now I have to go somewhere else because how am I going to work a delivery job with no gas and if the pumps were broken they needed to not sell gas like they had when they had no gas last week. She then told me I HAD to leave the store for talking to her like that. Well, sorry not sorry, but how can you work selling a product you obviously have no clue about? She continues to tell the other customers that its just common sense. There was another customer who used the machine as well and we had brewed one cup with no issues. Its one thing that she didn't want us to use the machine but its a whole other level that she 1) yelled, 2) over other customers, 3) continues to complain about our lack of common sense to other customers while we are in line, 4) accused me of removing the sign. All this and she still didn't have the urgency to go put the sign (that was no where is sight) back up. Delores you are rude and I wish you well.
