He made the appointment on a day that turned out to be particularly cold and called ahead to tell us he would be a little late, which we really appreciated since repairmen oftentimes simply don't let you know. He laid out mats and wore shoe covers to make sure there was no soiling or damage to carpets or the floor. The job was done cleanly and professionally. They matched the paint with the caulking so well that we didn't have to paint, even though they arranged to get the paint color so we could if we wanted to. My wife was particularly impressed with the way they cleaned up after themselves including using a vacuum.

After having my home leveled I needed my back door (to the backyard) re-aligned/re-framed and decided to install a storm door. I turned to Yelp and saw Phil as the reigning expert on door repairs. I called him to try to set something up and of course he was booked but being already in my neighborhood he said he'd stop by to at least check it out. Phil came by within 15 minutes and assessed the door. He knew exactly what to do so it was easy (in theory bc Bubba aka my house has nothing easy about him) and probably after feeling so bad for me he decided to squeeze my job in. **I will say with Phil you need to be patient because he's a person with a life and has other things going on so be open to waiting a bit. If you aren't patient and want a hurry and rush job don't contact Phil- he's not for you and he doesn't deserve to be treated badly.** Ok so, Phil finally scheduled me and secured an assistant (this was a 2 person job). They took a few days to do the framing and install of my storm door. He encountered some extra work that needed to be done because it wasn't done correctly before. I appreciate that he did the job that needed to be done and did not skimp me. As a single woman I felt safe and confide t with Phil. I'm happy with the job and am so excited to be able to use my back door again and to have a storm door.
