You can double the entry fee and people will still come if the rides are operational. Unfortunately if these don't get fixed, I fear this place may shut down eventually. We spent the afternoon swimming and having fun at the water park before heading back to our room. For lunch, we grabbed burgers at Bucket Burgers. It was a little pricey, but honestly, that's kind of expected when you're eating on-site. We booked the Grizzly Room and were pleasantly surprised by how much space we had. It had TWO full bathrooms, which was such a huge plus for our family! Everything was clean and nicely maintained. There were so many fun things to do that we honestly didn't even take that many pictures because we were too busy enjoying ourselves Overall, we had a great time celebrating our daughter's birthday. ( I did feel amazing enough to be packed up and out of the room by 8:30am.) Every employee that I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. Cons: This is a giant petri-dish of a hellscape. That water was NASTY. The bathrooms in the waterpark area and near the entrance were NASTY. (Despite the fact there was never a wait....hmmm) The Waterpark area is too small for the amount of people allowed in there. It's VERY unsanitary. The adults in attendance from the greater public were quite intoxicated and the kids were not being watched well. The Chloramine gas levels in that place were off the chart. This can cause shortness of breath, rashes, coughing blood and other issues. Solution to navigating this environment: I rented an outside cabana, luckily the weather was good. My cabana server tried her best. They are understaffed. The advertised cabana perks are hit and miss. It does get you out of the chemical haze inside and provides the only real shade protection available outside. Conclusion: it's too much work to learn the navigation to make this unsanitary location more than a "one and done," destination.

I would rate a 10 star if I could but this app only lets me do 5 stars. And after the tour you can buy your photo with them at the gift shop for you and your group which is super awesome. I know on you tube theirs a few videos that show the expedition tour but I myself can't even fit in those tight spaces let alone deal with the claustrophobia and fear of heights this was a good and safe tour for me. Also heads up for anyone planning on going to spiral tour the stairs is a long way up and a long way down make sure to have a camera strap for your cameras or phones so you do not drop it or lose it. Lots of good birthday parties there. I like it better than the other trampoline parks. They could do a better job of answering the phone tho. Never is crazy lol also the new hours, 4-8pm in the middle of summer is wild. It used to be a pretty solid place for parents to come work remote while their kids played but apparently that era is over. 4-8 is like the prequel to closing for good.

When we arrived, I was told my toddler could jump while I watched from the sidelines. However, after seeing how chaotic the facility was, there was no way I felt comfortable doing that. Children were running around unsupervised, teenagers were climbing up the slides the wrong way, kids weren't taking turns, and I didn't see staff monitoring any slides. To keep my 23-month-old safe, I ended up paying the additional 50% fee so I could accompany him on the trampoline. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy the party, I spent the entire time chasing and playing alongside my toddler to make sure he didn't get hurt. It was exhausting--I left drenched in sweat, and I'm 38 years old, a runner, and in good shape. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when we left the party area. Someone stole my Altra running shoes along with the zippered party favor bags we had received. My 5-year-old was heartbroken. On top of that, many of the arcade games were out of order, two major attractions were closed. I think this location would benefit greatly from having a dedicated toddler area where younger children can play safely away from older kids. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this Urban Air.

Many photo boxes for photo opportunities. The lights were nice but nothing "wow". We paid extra for ice skating. The rink is ok in size. A tad smaller than the rink from downtown. There are no lockers to store your personal items. They do have skating assistance for kids and adults but first come first serve. Parking is $10.
