However, I had to call back 3 times over the course of a week to get someone to answer and set an appointment. My insurance should have covered everything, but they charge an out of pocket $150 admin fee. After finally setting an appointment, I show up at the office 10 minutes early to the address on their email footer, 1524 Independence Parkway, Suite A-1, as shown in the photo. Nobody is there. Finally, I call in after 15 minutes, and Shauna directs me to a new office location right across the parking lot. However, she says that it's too late in the day and that they'll have to reschedule my appointment. Very upsetting considering that it's impossible to get an appointment set at a reasonable time. He's very empathetic and patient, and he won't brush off our concerns or rush us out to meet 15 minute deadlines. He won't assign a physicians assistant to us as a guise to collect more $$.
