A few of our group just had the Salad Cart and the other two added a visit to the salad bar with our meals, for a $9 fee. The salad bar had a very good selection of items. I had the smallest prime rib (they have 4 sizes I think) it was very good, so tender. The atmosphere was good as we had a booth and could not really see anyone else. The service was very good and they kept checking back if we wanted anything else. We would surely visit again for a special occasion.

I honestly thought it was a joke. I would have complained but I was already home. A McDonald's cheeseburger has more going on than this sad thing. Too many good burgers places now in Saskatoon to bother going back to Ace

My egg on the house croissant was cooked very well, and I like it that they really give you a generous amount of micro greens. We also had a praline morning roll (like if a croissant and a cinnamon roll had a wild night and spawned a tasty new surprise) and toasted coconut lattes, which were flavourful and nicely made - good glassware, plenty of ice in the iced one. My only minor gripe is that standing huddled around the one menu posted is hard on my middle-aged eyesight - I couldn't get close enough to see the options and I had to take a photo and enlarge it. Still 100% going back though.

Regarding the price: Limited to the supposedly best high end hotel in Saskatoon that the restaurant is located in the price is low. Compared to regular restaurants it would be $13. Compared to typical high end hotel restaurants, which are priced crazy high like professional sports buildings' food vendors it would be above $35.

Food here's fantastic and genuine Filipino cuisine. As the name suggests there's a lot of pork in the menu and it's traditionally cooked to perfection. Not overcooked. Perfect and tender. You get to add your own spicy vinegar. Here we have SiSig. It's really nicely seasoned. Anyways. It's real deal and if your wanting a traditional Filipino food. Give it a try. You'll be very very happy you did. The staff are super friendly and fast. The Kare Kare is just like back in Manila at The Wooden Spoon, it's perfect. And to update, I've been here 5 times now. Had a different meal each time. I'm blown away as to the quality and consistency. It is rock star. I'd give it 8 stars out of 5 if I could. It is seriously one of the best restaurants in Saskatoon.

One of our group ordered a burger and fries and a side salad. He got a very average burger and a salad on the same plate. No fries. Quality was like you would expect at an airport lunch counter not a restaurant. "Pork wings" simply had zero flavor. They were lumps of pork for 14 dollars. The Greek salad was named but did not resemble any Greek salad I have every had. Just throw in a hand full of feta cheese at least. Food came out at three separate times with about 4 minutes in between. The place was not busy so it made no sense. We selected the place based on the review it had but it did not resemble the 5 stars in any way.
