There aren't many cars on the roads between 10am-12noon, so it's a breeze riding a bike around and resting for a hydration stop here. Tiny public parking lot onsite off Milpitas Blvd. Hidden Lake neighborhood have peaceful homes and nice walking paths to get a glimpse of the small lake sometimes filled with ducks. You can easily walk up and down stairways or bike around the neighborhood area near the homes. Yes, there are picnic tables and families do stop to enjoy small gatherings. Hidden Lake Park is not far from retailers/restaurants/grocery stores/fast foods/etc. Convenient. Not many visitors on weekdays. It's always clean when I stop by seasonally for a morning biking routine. The clouds look great outside today, so it wasn't too hot under the sunshine. Overall, good place to chill before continuing onto Milpitas Blvd. where there's bike friendly streets now. Easy to follow the paths and navigate around town.

***the lake itself is part of a community called HIDDEN LAKE as well***…read more OVERALL: Meh. Wouldn't go out of my way to drive here to walk; therefore the 4 stars rating. Due to being part of a community, there are a ton of guest parking (especially near the gates to this park) BUT if you keep driving, the parking lot for this "park" is on the outside (you turn in with the sign "HIDDEN PARK LAKE" in green lettering/tanish brown background and there are a few spots for you to pick from). Two stairways up to other flat cement ground trails. Very quarry lake vibes but not much water. Lake itself is a smaller circular flat cement ground leveled trail. Regarding up the stairs: One way does end up at another park whereas the other way just ends up in another neighborhood/main road. Lack of shade. Lots of ducks. There's few places to sit. Few trash bins. No visible toilets.

This is a nice little park in milpitas! I was looking for dog parks. Found this place because I…read moredidn't want to go too far or to Ed Levin (i don't like having cellular signal issues lol). Definitely meant for the surrounding neighborhoods. There are multiple entrances but are basically towards the end of each street. It seems dog friendly enough with a dog enclosure and easy to stroll around and walk your dog. There's a nice grassy area in the center and I noticed a few instances of owners playing catch with their dogs off-leash. There are picnic tables by the playground and public bathrooms all in the same area. The only water fountain I found was by the picnic/playground/bathroom area and it had a lower fountain for dogs. **Dog park: The dog area was really small, all dirt with one bench. Big dog and small dog are separated but the size is pretty similar to each other with the big dog having just a LITTLE bit more space. It was empty for me except for 1 dog owner but I wonder if there would be more dogs after-work hours for some socialization :-) you would have to walk a little but further down to the main area for water fountain.

This is a hidden gem of a park in a quiet neighborhood in Milpitas. We were looking for local parks…read morethat were suitable for a toddler play date and decided to check out this place in person. We wanted to find a park that is relatively new/in good condition and not too crowded to let the little ones safely play. I'm honestly surprised that this isn't a more popular place to bring your kids. I suppose a part of it is because it is a neighborhood park without dedicated parking, although there is plenty of street parking. With that being said, the play area is gated so it is safe to let your children roam with supervision, the play structures are all in very good condition and the padded flooring is intact across the park. Very suitable for toddlers and older children, they even have a baby changing station inside of the bathroom, as well as adequate drinking fountains and drinking fountains for dogs. We were there on a Saturday morning, from 9 to 10am and were the only family there the entire time. This is completely different compared to some of the other parks in Sunnyvale or San Jose, where it can become a zoo by that time. We will definitely be setting up future play dates here.

I've been going to this gym for years, and overall I think it's a great place to train. The staff…read moreis friendly, the gym is clean, and I've really enjoyed being a member. One area where I think the gym could improve is the equipment selection. I would love to see more modern pin-loaded machines, especially for legs and upper back. In my experience, many of the Hoist machines are awkward to use compared to Hammer Strength or Life Fitness machines, and I've noticed that several of the Hoist machines near the front of the gym often sit unused while other equipment is constantly occupied. I've also heard similar feedback from other members. With membership prices increasing, I think investing in newer equipment would add a lot of value. Machines such as a pullover machine, pin-loaded preacher curl, supine press, and a pin-loaded chest-supported row would be excellent additions and would give members more effective training options. I really enjoy this gym and hope it continues improving. Upgrading some of the older Hoist machines to Hammer Strength or Life Fitness equipment would make an already great gym even better.

I would like to sincerely recognize Erika at VillaSport for her outstanding customer service…read more After a very frustrating earlier interaction, Erika took the time to carefully listen to our situation and thoroughly review all the documents we already had on file. She approached the issue with patience, professionalism, and genuine care, making sure she fully understood the details before providing guidance. She did not rely on assumptions or personal judgment, but instead followed a clear and consistent process. Because of her attentive and responsible approach, we were able to complete our membership registration smoothly and without further complications. What stood out most was her respectful and warm attitude toward my elderly father. She was kind, considerate, and even greeted him in Chinese, which made him feel truly welcomed and deeply moved. This small gesture had a big emotional impact on our family. Erika treated us with respect, trust, and dignity throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and empathy are exactly what customer service should look like. We are very grateful for her help and support.
